Traveled with my spouse and two grandkids. The room was perfect; very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was better than expected. I only missed the swimming pool as the days were quite warm, not open yet, but I was aware of that when I booked the room so no claim for that.

Staff was excellent, the facility was clean and smells like apples all the time, what's not to like! There is an indoor pool which makes it great especially if there are children in your party. Give them a try! I left something in the closet and they were very helpful with me to get it back.

The hotel is very clean, the staff were amazing in every way! The location is close to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge and the trolley stops here if you choose not to drive. We loved the location because it was within walking distance of all the spots we wanted to visit, so we didn’t have to worry about driving or dealing with parking. We specifically visited The Island, Three Bears General Store, Sawyer’s Farmhouse Restaurant, and watched the Pirates Voyage show. All of which were just a short walk from the hotel. The Titanic Museum and Dollywood are also only a short drive away, making the location incredibly convenient. The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained. The staff were lovely, friendly, and extremely accommodating. We especially enjoyed the beautiful heated pool, which was perfect at night, as well as the bar tent with a cozy fireplace where you can relax and unwind. The mountain views were absolutely stunning and added to the overall experience. When we put up the “Do Not Disturb” sign because we were checking out the next day and didn’t need the room cleaned, they still took the extra step of calling us to make sure we didn’t need anything. That level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail really stood out and made us feel well cared for. Our stay was truly wonderful. The working elevator was a huge plus, especially when traveling with a lot of luggage. As a special and unexpected touch, they even surprised me with a birthday cake, which was incredibly thoughtful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Pigeon Forge. It was a lovely experience from start to finish.

Great place to stay, very beautiful. A bit pricey. Some Furniture looks a little rough, banged up. Was put off with the tip jars. For the price of staying there, you shouldn't have to tip the staff. Otherwise a great experience.

I love Pigeon Forge. The views are stunning.

I love Pigeon Forge. The views are stunning. There are plenty of options for food & activities no matter the ages in your group. There are games, arcade, go cart tracks & so much more. Plus there are quite a few options for shows and lots of shopping options. Getting around is super easy. Take your car or walk down the strip on the sidewalks. There are also trolley options & fun rentals of scooters, UTVs, Pink Jeeps & more. We loved the experience at the Hard Rock Cafe. The Alcatraz East museum was very interesting. The experience at Dick’s Last Resort was extremely fun. Too much to list all the awesome things offered.

I love the Smokies and come twice a year, one of my favorite vacation destinations. The hiking trails and shopping / browsing are endless and always plenty of places to eat. Not so happy about the blocks long lines at some of the restaurants though..

I was at Cherokee for the Cherokee Invitational Basketball...

I was at Cherokee for the Cherokee Invitational Basketball tournament. The tournament was held inside the gym at Harrah's hotel and Casino. The affordable Fairfield Inn was directly across the street from Harrah's, so we had the convenience and ambiance of the restaurants in Harrah's and an affordable hotel option so conveniently located.

Whether or not you are taking the Smoky Mountain railway or...

Whether or not you are taking the Smoky Mountain railway or just looking for a nice small town to visit, Bryson City is a great place to get away to. There are quite a few nice shops, restaurants and breweries to visit while you are there. If you are into Christmas, this is definitely the place to go staring in November when the entire town seems to get into the spirit of the holiday.

We love visiting Maggie Valley and have done so for years! It has great places to stay, a wide variety of excellent restaurants, and good shopping! There’s so much to do! We love driving up to see the elk! It’s a great place for a getaway!

The hotel is welcoming and comfortable. There are several restaurants within walking distance and shopping just a short drive away. A walking trail is steps from the hotel and you can stretch your legs on the nearby greenway trail.

The room was fine with handicap access. smoky mountains was great and we also visited Cades Cove in park. Cades Cove was very crowded after Thanksgiving. Knoxville zoo was in our list to visit since not far. Toured Park and Gatlinburg. Visited family during stay. The site for these activities was very good.

We love this area and visit often.

We love this area and visit often. Our main focus is driving the roads but we do like to take time (or a rainy day) to head to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge or Knoxville to check out the tourist attractions. Maryville is wonderfully central to everything that we want to see or do and has a ton of places to eat, stay, get gas, etc.
