It exceeded my expectations. My family and I felt well taken care of. The facilities were pleasant, well-located, and central, close to everything. I would return without hesitation, and we met incredible, friendly people in the dining room. I recommend it, and thank you for taking such good care of us. We felt comfortable; there was no discrimination whatsoever, even though we were Latino. That's why I love the people of this place, because there are so many good people here!

Excellent location for trips to Dollywood and restaurants on route 441. Condos are spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the golf course. Our condos was also well equipped and lacked nothing. We were proactively notified by the resort that we could do an early check-in as our condo was ready earlier than the scheduled time. Excellent equipment in fitness centre.

The room was huge. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was fabulous - this hotel is part of the island entertainment and shopping area. Our riverview room was quiet with a restful balcony over the river. Relaxing is actively encouraged, including around the fireplace in the lobby.

We really enjoyed the free breakfast. Having the balcony off the room overlooking the river, was very peaceful and relaxing. The bird watch was fun with the ducks and Canadian geese. We even saw a bald eagle. At least we think it was a bald
eagle.

Clean, lots a good facilities, lots of parking, great staff and obviously well located for Dollywood. They also ran a regular free shuttle to and from Dollywood. The nearby town of Pigeon Forge has lots to do also.

Fantastic resort.
Comfy beds and great sized rooms.
Was a little worried after reading reviews saying there were no lifeguards on duty, but every pool had lifeguards constantly.
