I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. It truly felt complete—everything you could possibly need was right there. The facilities were spotless, and the housekeeping team ensured the room was cleaned every single day. I genuinely don’t understand the negative comments some people have left, as my experience was nothing short of perfect. What really stood out to me was how the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Everyone was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful—qualities that seem to reflect not just the hotel’s staff but the general warmth of Vietnamese people. A special shoutout to Yen, a young lady who was especially attentive and kind. This was my first time visiting Vietnam, and I’m already planning my return. The people, the culture, and this hotel have all left an excellent first impression on me. If I find myself back in the area, I will undoubtedly stay here again. Highly recommended!

We arrived at a difficult time, during both typhoon 12 and 13. As such, we decided to prolong our stay twice, as we came to know, that the weather were no good elsewhere, and that we could'nt fly anyway. During the stay, the weather was'nt great, but EVERYONE involved with hotel, were more than helpful, in making our stay unforgettable. Especially Shella, who took such good care of our children (g3 &g1), so much so, that the children cried during depature. The amenities were great and the hotel really is a bargain. During our long trip in Vietnam, this has been the most pleasant stay - and by all accounts - because of the staff there. We cannot wait to return!

The hotel slightly exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was rich and offered plenty of choices. Another highlight was the Infinity pool, which had a long lane for swimming and pleasantly refreshing water. Right next to the pool was a bar offering drinks made from freshly pressed juices. In the morning, the pool area was sunny with a view of the waves, making perfect start cor fhe day. I was especially surprised by the gym, which turned out to be better than expected. What concerns fitness room, the treadmill was not working but one can always get creative to have a good workout. It’s not a full gym but rather an added value provided by the hotel, and it worked well.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 months. The room size is massive, comfy beds, clean, great view, 3 minutes from the beach and you are right in the heart of tourist centre of Da Nang. Lot's of food options around you. And of course the people working here are just the best, everyone thank you so much! From reception, cleaning ladies to porter guys - you are a star ✨✨✨✨✨✨

Though a bit of a distance from the hustle and bustle of walking streets, the location is by far peaceful and family oriented. The hotel has its own area for photo ops and in fact, people flock in to enjoy the sunset right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was superb and had good variety everyday.We enjoyed our stay and will consider booking again.

The hot springs was great, but I personally wouldn't recommend more than 2 days there. Even that felt long. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. The food was not great at all and way overpriced.

Visited Marble Mountain on one evening. 3 hours are good enough to spend. Had a day trip to Hands bridge and Sunworld. Very nice place. Weather should be good to enjoy the place. Visited Hoi An for half day. Beautiful place with completely different vibe. Tourists everywhere.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ebisu Onsen Hotel although we were not traveling with children and we definitely did not realize the hotel was in a waterpark...I must have missed that part when using Booking.com to select this hotel. Kinda funny though, we still had a wonderful time walking the entire park which was absolutely beautiful. Loved using the hot springs and the big marble bath tub with beautiful view off the bathroom. We were notified that it would take 15+ minutes for the water for the bath to warm up. It really took a good hour for the water to get warm enough to soak in the bathtub comfortably. Once it did though it was an incredible experience. Apparently the hot water comes from the nearby hot springs thus the reason it took so long. Coming from California though we felt very guilty letting the water run for so long to get hot.

Walking along the Beautiful Danang beach after our breakfast or dinner its our daily chore. The Hotel offer exceptional Spa & Massages at affordable prices. Another must to do list is eating at Michelin Star restaurants and they offer very delicious food at great prices. Getting around the city was easy as taxi services are easily available but do check price before hopping in. Final must to do is visiting Hoi An old City & Lady Buddha temple. Dont miss the famous Banh Mi Phuong at Hai An,,, the Best we have experienced in Da Nang.
