From the time of booking until we checked out the service was exceptional. All staff are friendly and helpful, especially Lilly who is an asset to the hotel, from assisting us when we arrived until we left the hotel, she was always there with a smile on her face. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Rooms are clean and hotel is well kept. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the hotel.

The property was absolutely beautiful and such a relaxing environment. We had such a warm welcome and all the staff were so lovely and made our stay very comfortable. The room was beautiful and had everything we could need. The buffet breakfast was also incredible and everything felt like it was prepared with love. The location is amazing! The beach is across the road, the views are great, the airport is nearby, everything is accessible, including the main attractions. Adequate prices and the best quality of rest! This is definitely the best hotel in Da Nang, I will say more, in general in Asia you can’t find such a level of service and friendliness everywhere. They go out of their way to help you in everything, the room was prepared gorgeously, a great view from the window, modern design, everything is clean, well-groomed, pleasant and positive staff, they will answer everything, give recommendations, despite the language barrier on our part, the people were extremely warm and welcoming, for which special thanks! A chic bar and pool on the roof of the hotel, great breakfasts and a decent attitude, and they met and saw us off like family, although we only stayed for the night. It is a rare practice for me to write such long reviews. But here it is so soulful that it simply cannot be otherwise! Thanks to the hotel and the staff for such an approach!

We only stayed one night, sadly, as we were flying from Viet Nam to Singapore the next day. Location was great, short walk to the beach. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming us for our short visit. Comfortable room had a great view of the beach. Really good breakfast as well. Very nice hotel, with rooftop swimming pool. Well located and very clean. Would recommend to anyone.

The hotel was great and thank you for the hospitality and kindness of the staffs. In addition, the breakfast was also very nice, the distance from the downtown and the beach was appropriate, the low cost of accommodation was good even though it was a 4star hotel. I will stay at your hotel when I visit Da Nang again and recommend it to others.

People in Danang are very friendly and courteous. However the heavy rains spoilt our plans to visit Hoi Anh, as the site was flooded. The next day it was raining heavily too but we decided to make the trip to Ba Na Hills to visit the The Golden Hand and experience the cable car ride.

The hot springs was great, but I personally wouldn't...

The hot springs was great, but I personally wouldn't recommend more than 2 days there. Even that felt long. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. The food was not great at all and way overpriced.

Unfortunately, our 10 days was marred by unseasonal bad weather. We missed a lot of excursions we had planned to do. However we enjoyed Danang - it was a pleasurable holiday experience after a rather unhappy stay in Hanoi.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ebisu Onsen Hotel although we were not traveling with children and we definitely did not realize the hotel was in a waterpark...I must have missed that part when using Booking.com to select this hotel. Kinda funny though, we still had a wonderful time walking the entire park which was absolutely beautiful. Loved using the hot springs and the big marble bath tub with beautiful view off the bathroom. We were notified that it would take 15+ minutes for the water for the bath to warm up. It really took a good hour for the water to get warm enough to soak in the bathtub comfortably. Once it did though it was an incredible experience. Apparently the hot water comes from the nearby hot springs thus the reason it took so long. Coming from California though we felt very guilty letting the water run for so long to get hot.

Da Nang is a tourist city but not as much commercial like...

Da Nang is a tourist city but not as much commercial like Hoi An. It has nice Beach and it can be a hub for visits to Hue, Hoi An and Ba Na Hills. I reccomend the river cruise belów the Golden Bridge.
