Stayed there before and each and every time I enjoyed it. Its not the most luxurious property, but its clean, comfortable, great location, lots of car parking spaces and the staff are helpful and very reasonable priced. So i will be back soon

In this part of city, best choice. Very close to floating market - up to 5mins. walking and at the end of Nguyen Viet Dung Street, (on left side at corner shop) you can rent the boat from old grandmather and her family. If you come by car or motorbike, the have nice garage.

This place is awesome! The two guys at the reception are super nice, always friendly and helpful and speak very good english. The owner is also very nice and even invited us to dinner once. The garden and the Pool are really gorgeous. Every detail is placed so thoughtful and it is just a beautiful location. We could have spend a few days just relaxing at the pool. The Restaurant is also very good, we loved the fish in honey (?) Sauce!

Bosa, Phoenix and their two sons are the most fantastic hosts. We had an exceptional few days in their home. The food, the company, the attentiveness.. everything was amazing. The went out of their way to make our stay great, helped us with booking taxis, renting scooter and also offer a tour of the floating markets. We also had such a lovely time with the other guests, the layout of the dining area makes it easy to interact with others over the delicious meals Phoenix makes. Unique stay, we choose this instead of the usual boat trip on the Mekong Delta as the host offers small boat trips to the morning river and land markets. Glad we did so. Excellent opportunity to learn more about the produce in the market and choose own dinner. Lovely and clean swimming pool, grounds and rooms. Good fun cycling around the small lanes on the free bikes. Locals are very kind and friendly.

The staff at the resort are incredibly warm and helpful. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with smile and personal attention. The peaceful atmosphere made it a great break from city life. The pool was great!
