Rooms are clean and comfortable. Good value for money. Great location, surrounded by many cafes and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff especially Nguyen nhat Anh and Vy at reception. They were both amazing and gave us an early check in and a late check out, which was greatly appreciated. Good variety for breakfast, including both Western and local choices. A big shout out to the chef’s who were making the eggs at breakfast. DUNG and Hiep were friendly and accommodated our dietary requirements. This was greatly appreciated. Thank you! Communication with the hotel was extremely efficient and fast. They organised a transfer to/from the hotel/airport. Both transfers were punctual and comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Muong Thanh Grand Hotel Nha Trang, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, offering modern amenities while still retaining a sense of local charm. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and offer stunning views of the ocean and surrounding landscape. The location is perfect—close enough to the city center to explore easily, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the outstanding service provided by the staff, particularly Yén, the bellman. Yén went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From helping with luggage to providing insightful recommendations on local attractions, his attention to detail and genuine care for guests did not go unnoticed. Yén’s exceptional service is a testament to his dedication and professionalism. He made me feel not just like a guest, but like a valued friend. Everything about the Mia Resort Nha Trang was relaxing, thoughtful and elegant. From start to finish we were looked after exceptionally well. + For gluten free travellers, and vegetarians, the care and attention to detail taken with food was next level. Not only did the staff consistently make us feel safe with their understanding of gluten as an allergen, the food was absolutely delicious! Presentation was pretty good too! We informed them on a pre-arrival form and they knew once we turned up. So helpful! + Breakfast was always a wonderful spread with some separate food brought (by pre-order) for my coeliac partner. The staff were always keen to help with any requests that we might have, not that we did! + The room was comfortable, the staff were outstandingly lovely, and facilities - both free (swimming pool, tennis court, yoga session, small gym) and paid (spa, bar, restaurants) - were incredible. + The decor and nature around the resort is pretty and staff were constantly working around the clock to keep it looking so picturesque. Everyone we passed was quick with a smile and most would stop to ask if we needed anything. + Various nights we were there, the live music was a nice ambience/backdrop to our evening meal. + Didn't use the shuttle bus much, but it was very simple when we did and it enables you to access the city relatively quickly. Cannot emphasise enough how welcome we felt and how peaceful this stay was for us.

Ninh Van Bay is one of the most beautiful places I've been in Vietnam. The sea is something special and surrounded by mountains makes it spectacular. Awesome friendly locals and the beach there is the best, can swim there any time of the year as its protected from the winds and swell, great for families. Will be even better once Ninh Van gets a few more accommodation and bar/restaurant options but it's perfect if you like a quiet few days in a fishing village.

Nha Trang is a lovely beach but can get extremely busy during peak times not only with people but with cars, motorbikes and noise. Crossing the road was like playing russian roulette a little worrying at first but somehow it all seems to work with the cars, people crossing and the motorbikes, so we did master it pretty quickly

Cam Rahn is the gateway to the International airport. Although the place is now in renovation of the streets and all, it might take sometime to complete those projects unlike Nha Trang which is well developed already. Cam Rahn has some hidden gems if you just try to looked around. Very local. Good cafes (better research first), near the beach and cheap groceries too.

The facilities were fantastic - beautiful apartments and...

The facilities were fantastic - beautiful apartments and then lovely pools & beach club facilities. The staff were helpful and everything was finished to a high level. All amenities in the room were really fabulous too.

Very nice place.

Very nice place. Recovering from the ravages of COVID - some places are still not open or redeveloping. With the invasion of Ukraine 🇺🇦 by Russia 🇷🇺 - as a Canadian, whose people and government support Ukraine - the largest population of Ukrainians outside Ukraine is Canada 🇨🇦 - I found it difficult to be around so many Russians who were on vacation and enjoying themselves in Nha Trang while their military and government was raining down bombs on the civilian population of Ukraine 🇺🇦. I wanted to speak with the Russian people I met to ask them to stop the madness of the war they started with Ukraine.

You won't experience much of the Vietnamese culture by...

You won't experience much of the Vietnamese culture by staying in Cam Ranh, it is very touristy (many Russian and Korean tourists) and there is not much the see in terms of sightseeing; one temple and one shrine. Nevertheless, because of the tourist aspect, the facilities are good and there are many restaurants and shops. I would recommend visiting this place in combination with a resort stay, if not two days are enough to see the highlights.
