We stayed at this Japanese style hotel during our time in the southern part of Phu Quoc. The location was excellent – right across from the cable car and nearby other activities with a small 24-hour market conveniently next door. The hotel offered a free ticket to the Sun World Hon Thom cable car, theme park, water park, and the Kiss Bridge. It also offered a free sightseeing tour in the Sunset Town, however we did not take part in it. We received a complimentary room upgrade, which was a nice surprise. The room itself was beautiful, with a calm Japanese atmosphere. The soft, adjustable lighting created a pleasant ambiance. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept well throughout our stay. The bathroom was especially nice. Everything was very clean, new, and functioned as expected. The balcony offered a direct view of the evening fireworks, which was a highlight. The staff were consistently kind, attentive, polite, and genuinely caring. Service was excellent across all touchpoints. Breakfast was small but well prepared. The hotel gym was more than sufficient for a holiday stay. The spa, like the rest of the hotel, was clean, peaceful, and tastefully designed. The spa staff were also polite, skilled, and professional, contributing to a relaxing experience. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had, largely thanks to the consistently high level of service and attention to details. I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and effortless holiday. If you appreciate good service, a calm atmosphere, and thoughtful details, this place is your choice.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff, especially the owner, were very friendly and helpful. There's even a WhatsApp hotline for questions about the apartment or the island. The apartments are new, modern, and very clean, including the towels and other amenities. Also you can see the daily fireworks from the apartments and the rooftop pool is beautiful. We loved it so much we extended our stay twice. When our original room was already booked, the staff upgraded us to a bigger one at no extra cost. They really go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable!

Everything all fantastic,very reasonable price and good location,quite and super clean,staff were super genuine and friendly,even though they cannot speak fluent English,but you can feel the energy and enthusiasm,they willing to help whenever you need them,one of the best things at 富国。last day of my journey,we borrowed the bike from here and we really had so much fun.about 5mins bike time to the beach.the male staff were so nice and he can cook the best pho in town 😍

It's a very beautiful boutique hotel. I enjoyed tge design so much. It was wonderful staying in that environment. Everything is very new and clean and very modern.The location is perfect 2 min to the beach and less than 5 to all the shows. Also free tickets to the cable car and water park. And free airport transfer!

We got an upgrade to a seaview room and would highly recommend getting a room with seaview. From the balcony you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and see the daily Kiss of the Ocean show and the fireworks! The hotel and the rooms are brand new and everything is really clean and modern. The food is also very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. And we even got a free ticket for the cable car and aqua park. For us it was the perfect stay and we can highly recommend Casepia

The owner was excellent. Made you feel right at home. On arrival I was offered lunch, beautiful fish stew. Love intimate quiet atmosphere, in a beautiful picturesque location, right on the sea front. Owner organised trips for me, at a cheaper price than the usual market price. Would recommend this place to anyone who travels to Phu Quô'c. 10/10!

We spent 3 weeks in vietnam and this was our favourite accommodation- the hosts are so friendly and willing to help, Nhan is always there to help with bookings, taxis, and he will drive you to the beach and restaurants in his buggy. The rooms are really big, modern and clean- the best value for money. The pool is amazing and the gardens are beautiful and peaceful. Thank to you Nhan and staff for a very genuine welcome.

The location is perfect! It's right on the beach so you have your own private beach. The market and pubs, all are closeby. The breakfast is amazing. The food is fresh. I stayed in the double bed rooms that had a private balcony. They were amazing, with a lovely view of the ocean.There's a stunning pool as well. The caretakers are all very well trained and know what they are doing. The WiFi is the best you'll get anywhere in the world. I came for one day but extended by a day as it was such a relaxing stay. Special mention to the sweet lady at the reception. She really knows what she is doing and has such a calm influence.

This is probably the best hotel that I have stayed at on my travels in Asia . Beautifully appointed room with a lovely sea view , excellent pool , nice bar and restaurant . Beautiful beach as well and lovely reception area . Short taxi ride to all the attractions in the area and overall a very good experience here . Would highly recommend and would defintely stay here again in the future.

Location, ocean facing rooms were excellent with a view to kill. Staff was very polite, helpful and honest. Special mention of Mr Hieu from the pool who found and returned my earring promptly the next morning. One other Mr Hieu , manager from the banquet, was very helpful when it came to meals, as we were vegetarians.

The lush, peaceful environment was perfect for unwinding after busy workdays. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a fantastic mountain view. My kids loved the pool and the small organic vegetable garden. Breakfast was delicious and varied, especially the fresh fruit juices. We’ll definitely come back!

The Town is great.

The Town is great. Upon exiting the airport, we got a very nice Taxi Driver who understood our requests and was also very accommodating. The price of our hotel was cheaper than Grab. We rented scooters to explore the Island and that was an experience on its own due to taking the wrong turn. The night life in the Town is good. Most Restaurants are good and acceptable to cheap prices can be seen on their menu. The weather was also good during our stay. We needed a good place to relax from a busy market experience in Ho Chi Minh. Another highlight was a trip to the Town where we experienced a water show and a fire works show which is free but you need to buy a drink or food from a restaurant if you want front seats. The same taxi Driver took us back to the Airport, which was also a good trip. We could not experience the entire Island but the experience was great.

Ha Tien is an interesting area, sprawled out along the ocean, consisting of waterfront, restaurants, beaches, and swimming areas. places to drive and walk and explore. I have fun on my motorbike, ranging all over the area and felt quite safe. There are newer, developing areas and older established areas. The downtown areas seem to have pretty basic hotels not many foreigners here as it’s a favourite for Vietnamese people to visit during the holiday holidays.

Travelled around for a month... most places was amazing and people so friendly dispite the language barrier... LOVELY PLACE, West side with sunsets and east with early mornings and sunrise. The cherry was kim 2 up north , a family run resort where kindness and service was superb. We will be back

A good place for 2-3 day breaks.

A good place for 2-3 day breaks. The traditional part of the town is a good place to walk round. The streets are not crowded. There is a large ‘CoopMart’ supermarket for supplies. There are 1 or 2 western style cofffee shops to relax in such as the “Everyday” coffee shop which sits just back from the water. At night there are a number of large modern and smart Asian restaurants. A lot of money is being devoted towards developing not just this coastal part of Vietnam but also the adjoining coastal region of Cambodia.

Phu Quoc is a great place to visit if you are planning as a couple or even with a family. There are a lot of spots to visit/eat/dine and walk. The weather in the month of Nov was just too good and didn't feel any humidity or tired walking as there was a breeze always. Please do visit the south side for the Sunset town and spend a couple of days to enjoy the location and places. The only hassle is getting to Phu Quoc via the mainland and Vietjet as it was total chaos. The crowd at the airport is just too crazy and long waiting queues.

Ha Tien is great place of the nature created but will turn the tourists off because the beauty of nature places is not clean and need to repairs it or up grade to make it better in order to attractive to the tourists.
