Top-notch service, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, a unique à la carte restaurant, free city tours, and a beautiful fireworks display outside the window every day. We had a wonderful stay! The staff, especially the owner, were very friendly and helpful. There's even a WhatsApp hotline for questions about the apartment or the island. The apartments are new, modern, and very clean, including the towels and other amenities. Also you can see the daily fireworks from the apartments and the rooftop pool is beautiful. We loved it so much we extended our stay twice. When our original room was already booked, the staff upgraded us to a bigger one at no extra cost. They really go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable!

It's a very beautiful boutique hotel. I enjoyed tge design so much. It was wonderful staying in that environment. Everything is very new and clean and very modern.The location is perfect 2 min to the beach and less than 5 to all the shows. Also free tickets to the cable car and water park. The location is perfect! It's right on the beach so you have your own private beach. The market and pubs, all are closeby. The breakfast is amazing. The food is fresh. I stayed in the double bed rooms that had a private balcony. They were amazing, with a lovely view of the ocean.There's a stunning pool as well. The caretakers are all very well trained and know what they are doing. The WiFi is the best you'll get anywhere in the world. I came for one day but extended by a day as it was such a relaxing stay. Special mention to the sweet lady at the reception. She really knows what she is doing and has such a calm influence.

Everything was divine. The comfort, the food, the pool and the service. I found that with families travelling with children, Vinpearl provides shuttles to the park, the zoo and the grandworld areas which will make travelling with children incredibly easy. All in all, I would stay again and bring more family!

Ha Tien is an interesting area, sprawled out along the ocean, consisting of waterfront, restaurants, beaches, and swimming areas. places to drive and walk and explore. I have fun on my motorbike, ranging all over the area and felt quite safe. There are newer, developing areas and older established areas. The downtown areas seem to have pretty basic hotels not many foreigners here as it’s a favourite for Vietnamese people to visit during the holiday holidays.

Room & grounds were lovely. Beach was fantastic. The pool area needs more seating and the umbrellas at the beach all need to be replaced as they are damaged with metal parts hanging down dangerously. The resort is a little tired and just needs a spruce up but was still lovely.

A good place for 2-3 day breaks.

A good place for 2-3 day breaks. The traditional part of the town is a good place to walk round. The streets are not crowded. There is a large ‘CoopMart’ supermarket for supplies. There are 1 or 2 western style cofffee shops to relax in such as the “Everyday” coffee shop which sits just back from the water. At night there are a number of large modern and smart Asian restaurants. A lot of money is being devoted towards developing not just this coastal part of Vietnam but also the adjoining coastal region of Cambodia.

It was heaven on earth, absolutely beautiful. the scenery was breath taking. I loved the decor. The staff is wonderful, they treat and make you feel like family. I can honestly say, me and my daughter did not want to leave. The local cuisine is delicious. They take tranquility to a whole other level!
