The hotel is very clean, very helpful staff and excellent service. I especially want to mention the wonderful job which miss Mi did in organizing all our requests, including helping us send our luggage to the bus when we were running late. Thank you again. We wouldn't have done it without her. The hotel also gave us water and cakes on the way, which is very nice.

The very clean Hotel is quite situated very close to the center with a nice few to the lake. Kim the Manager /Owner with his team is very nice and helpful by planning your time in Sa Pa. A great place to stay. Hospitality and a very good Breakfast Buffet where you can order fresh egg dishes to. For sure a place to back again. Thanks Kim and your team.

The staff here are spectacular and friendly. They helped us book any tours and trips we wanted, assisted with transportation back to HaNoi and gave us tips and advice about Sapa. The room was clean. The bed comfortable and the shower was good. The hotel is adjacent to the busier area of downtown Sapa so access was easy while the noise level was minimal. It is a 2 minute walk to the Sapa station to Fansipan and there are excellent restaurants nearby....oh, and the included breakfast was great with lots of choice. Highly recommend this hotel.

Location: The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access provided by property through Hotel's EV shuttle to public transportation and nearby attractions. Cleanliness: The hotel was spotless, with clear attention to detail in every corner. Room: My room was spacious, modern, and beautifully decorated, with a stunning mountain and valley view. Bed and Pillows: The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were plush and supportive - I slept like a baby! Staff: The staff were friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Breakfast: The breakfast menu was diverse and delicious, with something for every taste. Ambiance: The hotel's ambiance was warm and inviting, with a lovely atmosphere in the lobby and common areas. My wife and I stayed here for a night during our travels around Vietnam. As it was our honeymoon, the hotel went above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely stay. Julie even prepared a cake for us which was a wonderful surprise. The room was also decorated nicely too which was really lovely. The staff at reception were also very friendly and Lily made the check in process feel very easy. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would happily come back again.

    The Deluxe triple room facing the city is perfect, bed was comfy, breakfast has many choices, the staffs also nice and very helpful. Best location, just across the Sunplaza Sapa Station. My big thanks for Ms. Yuna (FO Manager) and Jayce for helped us to find alternate transportation as our limousine from Sapa to Hanoi cancelled by agent in the very last minute (due no car available even we bought it one month before our trip start!!!). You knew how panic I was at that night. Once again, thank you much.

    The hotel is brilliant - Nice a quaint yet has all the facilities and luxuries. The staff were amazing and managed to arrange a private cooking class with Sous Chef Mung. Was an amazing experience and Mung showed me the market and how to cook 4 traditional dishes (he then served it to me in the restaurant. Highlight of my trip and great to see such an experienced chef go about his business. Would 100% recommend and will come back again.

    The brother and sister are both funny and very cheerful, creating a warm and lively atmosphere. The young boy was especially great company during my stay. They went above and beyond by giving me the best room to make up for the bike trip, which didn’t go as planned. I really appreciated the gesture!     Awesome village, if you want busy and active then stay over the weekend. For a little more quieter time, then from late Monday to Friday morning is good. There is amazing trekking, site seeing and rides around the area and superb place to visit for a connection to rural Vietnam when you only have a few days.

    Lao Cai is a frontier town and as such, has a quite quirky feel to it. There is not a whole lot to do per se, apart from visiting a couple of pagodas. I do like the vibe there and there is some really good Vietnamese food available.

    Very difficult to find your way there, all homestay/hotel owners refuse to provide information and collaborate only with specific companies. English guides limited but a guide named Thao made our stay a nightmare. She was trying to push lunch and other side services, once she realized we didn’t want that, she stopped any guiding and intentionally destroyed half of one day and the whole second day by acting simply as a side person on the trip, not providing absolutely anything. Totally unprofessional and even verbally rude and sarcastic. Avoid at all costs!

    Beautiful scenery and relaxing weather.

    Beautiful scenery and relaxing weather. But, it's best to make sure you visit during the non-rainy seasons to avoid excessive fog and unexpected rainfall. We visited the moana cafe, glass bridge, ban mong alpine coaster and explored the city center. All these locations are a must visit to anyone visiting Sapa. This was our second trip to Sapa. During our first visit, we visited sunworld fansipan and cat cat village, and they are also absolute must visits!

    Mountainous area famous for plum.

    Mountainous area famous for plum. It's called the white valley because during the spring the whole area is covered by plum flowers. So it's best to visit in early January. Otherwise, summer is a good time for plum picking. I had an enjoyable experience picking plum myself and brought lots of them home. I was lucky to visit during the weekends when they had annual horse racing competition. Really memorable. They also have weekly Hmong flea market on Sunday, you can eat local food and see ethnic people trading. Riding motorbike and looking at the mountain was fairly enough for me. You definitely should eat at Sa Mu restaurant. The food was so good that we went there twice.

    The hoteldesapa is always busy, so you should book early. We planned ahead and reserved our room three months in advance, which gave us a complete and comfortable stay. Many travelers who arrive and try to book at the last minute often find no rooms available, which shows the hotel’s appeal and service quality. The rooms are clean and airy with beautiful views, making you feel relaxed from the moment you step in. Breakfast is plentiful and varied, and the spa offers wonderful relaxation after days of sightseeing. The staff are always enthusiastic, friendly

    I only stayed Saturday night for the Sunday market but wish...

    I only stayed Saturday night for the Sunday market but wish I’d stayed Friday night too to see the buffalo market on Saturday morning. Get up early (~6am) and go to the market while it’s bustling with locals rather than waiting until the tourist buses arrive (from ~9am). Quan Binh Phuong does good chicken pho for 30,000 VND
