We had a wonderful stay! The staff, especially the owner, were very friendly and helpful. There's even a WhatsApp hotline for questions about the apartment or the island. The apartments are new, modern, and very clean, including the towels and other amenities. Also you can see the daily fireworks from the apartments and the rooftop pool is beautiful. We loved it so much we extended our stay twice. When our original room was already booked, the staff upgraded us to a bigger one at no extra cost. They really go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable!

Everything! - Perfect location to explore Sunset town. - Very comfortable and beautiful room. - Stephany was very helpful from the beginning. Few tips how to enjoy your stay at Sunset town: Withdraw some cash as soon as you arrive (ATM is available in Hon Thom Departure Terminal), there is not much choice around where to eat for a reasonable price (it’s like 200-300 VND min for a meal for 1 person without drinks). So better have some cash and enjoy everyday food market in the north part of the town that starts at 18:00 (5 min by walk from the Mellon Oasis). Don’t go to Starbucks for coffee, go to Lotus Cafe & Home, try Sea salt cream latte! One of the best coffee I’ve ever had!

From the moment I arrived, the owner, Van, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of exceptional. Van's hospitality truly stood out during my time at the resort. He was incredibly helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist me with any queries or requests I had. From booking attractions to arranging bike rentals and providing valuable recommendations for places to visit, Van's guidance was invaluable and greatly enhanced my stay. His warm and friendly demeanor made me feel right at home, and I genuinely appreciated his attentiveness throughout my stay. The resort itself exceeded all expectations. The room was immaculately clean and beautifully appointed, exactly as depicted in the photos. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the island. I particularly appreciated the spacious shower, which was separate from the toilet room. stayed here for two nights at sea view room last two weeks when i had my vietnam trip.first stop i visited is Duong Dong town in Phu Quoc.the hotel location is good, close to night market,you can walk to there within 10 minutes,also it is close to some famous spots in Duong Dong,like Dinh Cau temple and Dinh Bà Thủy Long Thánh Mẫu. the room is quite big,clean though not a new one.besides aircorn,they provide a stand fan,i love the fan,with it you dont need aircon anymore. staying here is very comfortable, you can watch the sea everyday. the sea view is nice,though you can see other building outside,but not a big issue, cuz Ngoc Chau dont have private beach,so cant ask for more.TV though youtube only,still enjoyable. washroom is ok, they provide basic toiletries, also free drinking water in the room,i love the fridge in the room, cuz i can keep my drinks bought outside here.the price is affordable. breakfast is simple,in mini buffet style,i love its pho,delicious,i had pho bo one day,and another day pho ga or hu tiue ga? both are tasty, you can ask staff to cook sunny side up for you.staffs in restaurant are nice,a girl is friendly and helpful,another boy is hardworking too. Lily the staff at the counter is very helpful,she can speak English, with her help,i booked an half day tour to starfish beach, and also rented a car with driver to An Thoi town, along the way to the south,i visited many places and buying some souvenirs. prices are both reasonable. Ngoc Chau is not a five star hotel,but i really enjoy the stay, will be back again,and highly recommended!

This is a beautiful hotel. We were met by Mr Toi when we arrived, he had all our reservation details on hand, so check in was a breeze. Mr. Toi was very nice and very good at his job. The hotel is modern and clean. We stayed in a suit, with breath taking Seaview's, and to just sit on the balcony with a drink and watch the sunset over the sea, was just living the dream. Breakfast is excellent, with great choices. The pool and beach areas are nice and clean. This hotel is around half the price of the other 5-star hotels in the area. My wife and I are frequent travelers to Phu Quoc, and would rate this hotel as the best we have ever stayed in. A big thank you to Mr. Durong the bell captain. He is such a nice man, who obviously loves his job. He would always be so welcoming and take care of all you needs, he is a real asset to this hotel.

This is one of the best accommodations we've had in Vietnam. The standard is very high, and the service is exceptional with a high personal culture which goes hand in hand with great professionalism. The room is wonderfully equipped and very spacious, which is incredibly convenient. The location of the hotel is perfect, surrounded by nature. The entire staff takes great care of the property and its surroundings. I’ve never encountered such friendly service anywhere else. The breakfasts are delicious and diverse, with a huge variety of options, and everything tastes amazing. The pool is fantastic, and even though the property is large, there was never a time when all the lounge chairs were occupied. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Great location in the heart of the city. Plenty choice for different kinds of food and drink in a minute walk. The night market is nearby and only pay less than a dollar by taxi to go there. A fantastic beach is just in front of the hotel and you can spend half day there. Highly recommend a traditional Vietnamese restaurant that we walk in 3 minutes to there. Lastly, the breakfast in the hotel must be a bonus for our wonderful stay.

The island is so beautiful!

The island is so beautiful! Thete are many unspoiled beaches and incredible places hete - just avoid the over-commercialized places like Sunset Town. Duong Dong is a good area - for cuisine, shopping and beaches. Pearls are cultivated locally and can be bought more cheaply in some markets. The Night Markets are such fun! Take taxis and tuktuk - cheap and cheerful.

The main town is fairly average, not particularly pretty. OK food options, big range but average quality and expensive (tourist / island) prices compared to HCM. Too many noisy doof-doof nightclubs along the beach ruin the chance for a relaxing sleep. Leave it for the backpacker revellers. Many accommodation options seem run down. Plenty of Russians around, this rarely improves the ambiance in my experience.
