The location has the best view in Phu Quoc. Very centrally located with lots of restaurants and shops. The hotel staff was just superb. All of the staff were fluent in English, extremely polite, very professional especially Ms. Me. Ms Me has very a pleasant personality and speaks English eloquently. She was very helpful and extremely professional and was always around. The buggy service, the sunset tour and the cable car were just awesome.

Everything about this Hotel is amazing. Myself, husband and brother enjoyed our 3 nights stay here and this hotel provided free airport transfer, free buggy service, free jacuzzi, complimentary cable car and theme park tickets. David and his team went above and beyond to help and make the hotel feel like home. They even drove me to the pharmacy and helped translate when I got bitten by a jellyfish. Super friendly staff and the breakfasts were some of the best on the Island. Perfect location in Sunset Town, everything was walkable and easy to navigate.

Lovely retreat for those looking for serenity. Pool area was so beautiful and calm, almost felt like a private pool most days. Breakfast available by order. Amazingly well kept garden and just beautiful place overall. Room was so comfy and bathroom so spacious. Restaurants near by. Beach also in a decent walking distant. Perfect spot for relaxing. The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk from the bustling main street with its bars, restaurants, and massage salons—yet the resort itself is peaceful, surrounded by nature, where you wake up to the sound of birds singing. The daily walk up and down the hill was a great free workout! The staff were incredibly attentive, and the breakfast was delicious and varied every morning. We also loved the free pool table on the terrace—a perfect spot to unwind in the evening. If you’re looking for a tranquil getaway with easy access to all the local attractions, this is the place to stay. Highly recommended!

I really liked the spacious room and the upgrade from my regular booking. The staff were very polite and well-mannered. The breakfast was delicious, and the location is excellent—just a short walk to Phu Quoc Beach and the night market. The free VinBus service was a bonus, with stops conveniently located right outside the hotel, making travel to the airport and VinWonders hassle-free.

We planned to live there for a week but stayed 2 weeks. We loved this place very much. There is nice territory, good swimming pool, mango trees… It was nice to have time there. Also a big advantage is open kitchen and big fridge. You can buy products and cook as at home. Also it was convenient to rent motorbikes just at the hotel. And staff was very friendly!

Room & grounds were lovely. Beach was fantastic. The pool area needs more seating and the umbrellas at the beach all need to be replaced as they are damaged with metal parts hanging down dangerously. The resort is a little tired and just needs a spruce up but was still lovely.

It was heaven on earth, absolutely beautiful. the scenery was breath taking. I loved the decor. The staff is wonderful, they treat and make you feel like family. I can honestly say, me and my daughter did not want to leave. The local cuisine is delicious. They take tranquility to a whole other level!
