This palace is absolutely stunning. We were welcomed by the staff and Nancy really nicely. The accomodations rules, information and recommandations were really clear and helpful. The room was big, clean and confortable. The bathtub is a really nice addition to the room and can easily fit two people. I would recommend this place without hesitation. 10/10

The staff at this hotel was incredible! Everyone was so friendly, very obliging and super professional. The rooms are clean, well equipped and the bed is really comfortable. The breakfast buffet is very big with a lot of different options. I alsway want to point out the Spa. I had a vietnamese massage, foot massage and facial done by Dao. She was amazing and the whole session (120 minutes) was really relaxing and pleasant. I actually extended my 2 night stay to 5 nights in total - so that says everything i guess:)

The hotel room was super big with a beautiful Bathroom attached. Room was super neat and clean and the bed was comfortable. Our room had a beautiful spacious balcony as well. The hotel is located at the heart of Hoian where everything is easily Accessible. I have to mention about our super friendly and supportive Hotel Staffs- Mrs. Flower and Mr. Robert . I have never met such nice,supportive,helpful and wonderful people by heart❤️ Our stay in HoiAn became more enjoyable because of their warm hospitality 🙂 They always greeted us with a big smile on whenever we were entering or leaving the hotel, such a heart warming gesture. They offered us so many different food when they heard we were vegetarian. They also made sure we enjoy with safety and always took Great care of Us. Mrs. Flower and Mr. Robert paid extra attention to My Mother, which is also recommendable 🙂 Thankyou Again to Mrs. Flower and Mr. Robert, You have become a part of our family now. We would recommend your hotel specially for You people to everyone.

First class hotel! The rooms were very nice and clean, and the water pressure was the best we've had in Vietnam:) and the personnel were so helpful and nice to the guest! We checked out in the morning, but our bus was late so we didn't have a place for our luggage, but the hotel let us keep our luggage and even let us stay and use the pool area, so nice!

    We really enjoyed our stay at Vinpearl Resort Nam Hoi. The room was very spacious, clean, and well-designed. The outside pool is enormous and has a separate area for kids. The breakfast was delicious and with a lot of options! For toddlers and kids, there is an indoor and outdoor playing area with slides, swings, and lots of toys. But most importantly, the staff was always incredibly friendly and helpful. From Hong Linh and the the other waiters and waitresses at breakfast to the entire reception, cleaning, and room service staff, we were always greeted by everyone with a smile and helped with any question we had! This really made us enjoy a wonderful holiday. Overall, we had an excellent stay and hope to come back soon!

    To be honest, this is the best experience I ever had. The breakfast is the best I had ever, on par with big brands like IHG Intercontinental or Hilton. The location is perfect, you can spend the day between the beach and the pool, the restaurants are wonderful, the beach bar is convenient. The staff is very friendly and helpful. To visit hoi an, stay at palm garden and just use the shuttle bus or use the grab app, don't book a hotel in the city.

    Beautiful old town.

    Beautiful old town. Would recommend a visit to Poison which does tasty iced coffee and good food. Hoi An roastery coffee is also a good stop for coffee. Faifo coffee is also lovely, go upstairs to get great rooftops views over the old town. Have a wander and bargain at the night market always good fun. There are so many bars and restaurants to choose from but the best thing is coffee.

    The snorkeling here is mediocre.

    The snorkeling here is mediocre. The visibility is not very good, and the coral and fish are not worth the effort. The town itself is chill, but the food is not so special. Da Nang and Hoi An had better restaurants.

    We rented the entire property for a group of 6 people.

    We rented the entire property for a group of 6 people. Everyone has their own room and bathroom which was great and the bedrooms are very comfortable and large with very big beds and phenomenal air conditioning. Communal areas need work tho!! We couldnt enter the kitchen due to a horrific smell from our arrival and there was no plave to relax by the pool. Outdoor furniture would be good. Overall, in particular due to air conditioning, we enjoyed our stay and host was very responsive via whatsapp but not sure Id recommend due to lack of quality communal space, mass of bedding and cleaning ongoing on upper level and fowl kitchen.

    If you want to get a feel for a sleepy town which is not a tourism magnet then this is a place to experience a real local town in Vietnam. Add to that the Quang Nam museum in the center of town is very interesting to visit. Hopefully there will be more information for foreign visitors around! The beach is not that far and it is worth to rent a bike or car and spend sometime around some of the villages around the coast there. They have a lot of characters. The food in Tam Ky, especially seafood is awesome too!

I enjoy barbecue after fishing in the river in the front of. Cleanliness. Warming welcome. Near minimart, market. The restaurant around. I will definitely return.

    Loved Hoi An.

    Loved Hoi An. Restaurants were great and there was a lot of shopping. We loved eating at Mirning Glory. The food was exceptional and the view over the river was beautiful at night with all the lanterns out up.

    Booked 5 nights to relax but reduced to 3 as very little to do and lacking facilities for lounging on beach. Beaches were a hot walk away, with steep climb. Some nice seafront cafes - local, not Western.

    An Bang beach is the perfect base for a visit to Hoi An. It’s lovely to have the beach for the day with the town being only a 10 minute taxi away for the night time lanterns. It's a beautiful beach - golden sand, warm sea, gently shelving so v safe for kids. Lots of lovely beach bars and restaurants but not a glitzy party place. More low key and family friendly.

It’s a cozy little town, the ancient town at night with the river lined up with lantern boats, silk and leather shops, wonderful tailors shops, small temples, people enjoying Bai Choi game and singing, the basket boats, the lovely rice fields…..it was truly local and beautiful.

    This is an island. There are no hotels and cars on it. Only guesthouses and bikes. Great nature and diving. You can drive up to the lighthouse, but circular movements around the island are now impossible, in several places there are collapses of stones. Look for guesthouses with fresh good reviews, they may not have a sea view, but there will be clean comfortable rooms. Good diving spots! 1-2 days is enough for the trip
