Such a warm welcome from the very first moment. Excellent accommodation, outstanding range of wildlife and excellent food. Wonderful breakfast on the balcony overlooking elephants at the watering hole. Could not be more perfect. Ranger, Rayno, was so professional and with such great expertise. I liked everything! It’s sophisticated yet cosy experience. Friendly staff, good food. I read some comments about the food suggesting it should be improved. I am really picky with the food. In this game reserve, the food was very good home-made type. Do not expect please fine dining type but a good quality home-made fresh varied food will be served. Safari experience and the lodges (the ones facing the bushes and near the spa) are perfect and stylish. Everything is not new there but that’s on purpose, it’s more like an elegant vintage style. I recommend staying from 3 to 5 days there to just relax, see all the animals and enjoy Spa.
