Everything was perfect!! Probably the best hotel experience we ever had!
Perfect welcoming, extremely friendly staff (without being too much), beautiful outside areas with amazing atmosphere created with oil lamps and candles, great experience on the fire pit over a drink and a great chat upon arrival from game drive, spotless pool area. Loved the “mi casa, tu casa” concept where we could help ourselves to the open bar. The sleeping room was beautiful and spotless clean. The food was amazing and the chefs really friendly, the high teas phenomenal…… we could go on and on and on about Tambuti. Go do yourselves a favour a book this lodge!

Our stay was absolutely incredible – hospitality on a whole different level (if we could give 11/10, we would!). The entire team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and every single person we met was exceptionally kind and genuine. The food was delicious, and every meal felt like a treat.

Morokolo Safari Lodge truly exceeded all my expectations. Everything was perfect — from the warm welcome to the amazing game drives. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm.
A special thank you to Caitlinn, who was incredibly kind and helpful, and to Carel, our guide, who made every safari unforgettable with his knowledge and enthusiasm.

We had the most amazing time. The view and accommodations are breathtaking. Our wonderful guide had some much knowledge; we were out on dive for hours and loved every minute of it, he went above and beyond to ensure we had the most wonderful stay.

We stayed at The Kingdom resort. its a very well run operation with great facilities for kids and adults and is very close to the Pilanesberg Game reserve.
It is much more cost effective than staying in the park which is exhorbitantly expensive

Pilansberg is a 3 hour from Johannesburg.
Pilansberg is a 3 hour from Johannesburg. It is easily accessible however the roads to the Pilansberg are not in great shape. It would be best to take a shuttle than to drive yourself. The park is fantastic with all the animals. We saw many lion, a leopard, many elephants, many rhino and lots more.
I highly recommend.

Sunvillage mall is 20 mins away and Moruleng Mall was about 30-40 mins drive. If you are looking for ATM's and a shopping center Sun village is the closest and you'll find any food items, you need at Spar and fast-food restaurants like Galito's, Macdonalds and KFC.

The location is within driving distance from Sun City. The room was large enough and suitably furnished. We had quite a variety to choose from for breakfast. The staff was quite friendly and yet respected our privacy.

Spec of the property was great but couldn't use the oven and hob at the same time, could only use one or the other. Our stay was spoiled by loud music (from a local commercial disco) until at least 3 in the morning on our first night & way after 22 on our second night. Wouldn't stay here again purely due to these points.

The overall experience was amazing and Suncity is captivating with its African beauty.
The only downside is that the general quality of food at the various hotel pools have dropped post covid.
All in all definitely a world class resort.

Pilansberg Game reserve is falling apart, literally.
Pilansberg Game reserve is falling apart, literally. This will be our last trip and we have been going for 15+jears. The road to the reserve is horrific but worse is the roads in the reserve itself. The "tarred" sections or what's left of it is one pothole after another, not pleasant to drive at all, even at the 40km speed limit in the reserve. Hides are becoming dangerous, falling apart and the toilet facilities at these hides are TERRIBLE! It is sad to see the facilities in the reserve keep declining.

Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Close to Manyane gate to enter Pilansberg. Felt safe as the property was patrolled during the night. Comfortable bed. Just overall a very affordable and great resort on our doorstep.

Please also provide filtered coffee for breakfast, not just Ricofy.
Swimming Pool needs maintenance.
Water pressure is too low perhaps this is the municipality issue not theirs.
Electricity outages: please consider backup.
Small parking space and the eating area also is small.
Otherwise it is a nice place to stay with beautiful mountain view.
