Wow! What a place! The views from the junior suites is just to die for! Fabulous view of Cape Town and Table Mountain. The food was good and plentiful, the bar served great cocktails too. I loved the pool, again with an amazing view and the water was lovely and warm. Secure underground parking was a bonus. Highly recommend.

I recently spent time in Cape Town, and wow… what a place!

I recently spent time in Cape Town, and wow… what a place! I stayed in Green Point, and honestly, I couldn’t have picked a better spot. Everything was within walking distance from the V&A Waterfront to the Sea Point Promenade so every day felt like a new adventure waiting right outside my door. Since I’ve got serious sun FOMO, I was out from sunrise to sunset, exploring every hidden corner the city had to offer. Morning hikes up Lion’s Head, wandering through Green Point Park, discovering tucked-away coffee shops, and stumbling onto little gems around the city Cape Town kept surprising me in the best way. One of the highlights was the hop-on hop-off bus. It’s such an easy way to explore the city’s iconic spots, and the views along the coastal routes are unreal. Mountains, ocean, city life Cape Town has it all wrapped into one beautiful package. From the vibrant energy of the Waterfront to the peaceful sunrises over the Atlantic, the Mother City truly lives up to her reputation. Cape Town isn’t just a destination it’s an experience… and I already can’t wait to go back.

I would highly recommend a visit to Stellenbosch.

I would highly recommend a visit to Stellenbosch. It is a beautiful small university town with nice trees, trails, shops and restaurants. The wineries are excellent. It is such a nice atmosphere after the hustle and bustle of Cape Town. It is easy to walk or bike around the town. Feels safe and welcoming. We had a wonderful time on a bicycle wine tasting tour that included history of the town - highly recommend

Hermanus has an upmarket laid back feel.

Hermanus has an upmarket laid back feel. Lots of lovely independent boutiques, shops and galleries. Restaurants are plentiful, serving great food and of course great wines too. The wine glass does wine tastings and also good food. We also had takeaway bake and chips from The Walker Bay fish and chip shop - they were excellent! Also worth a mention was Flick’s for Tapas and also Theo’s Greek restaurant. The cliff path is a great way to get some exercise and watch the dolphins and whales!

The best part of Franschhoek has to be the wine!

The best part of Franschhoek has to be the wine! We visited 12 wineries in 3 days, 2 of which were on the Wine Tram. Thoroughly enjoyed them all! Staying centrally in a guest house was a good choice as it allowed us to explore Main Street with all its shops and restaurants at our own pace on foot. We liked the Tuk Tuk experience that we decided to take to a nearby winery and found it great cost effective fun. The scenery is stunning wherever you turn-- nice to just take it in at a leisurely pace. Food was excellent everywhere and the wine-- well, that's the icing on the cake! Small town atmosphere appreciated after a larger and busier Stellenbosch. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Lovely area.

Lovely area. We visited Santos Beach which is a blue flag beach. Wonderful white sand. Free parking, sun shades and toilets. We ate in the Santos Express Train cafe and were lucky enough to have a tour of the train accommodation. Very nice. We also visited Mossel Zipline, the longest zipline over the ocean, in the world. A must for thrill seekers.

The pictures of our accommodation were misleading , they give you great pics and when you arrive the room is called a garden view room , it has no view and is up two sets of stairs , hot water took ten minutes to warm up and still was Luke warm , I would never recommended they stay to anyone , even the reception guy stated we were misled , I video recorded my conversation with him . The wilderness itself is stunning and worth the visit
