It was great hotel.Suzy was very kind and supportive person.I had changed arriving date due to flight problem but she changed our schedule and prepared room for us properly.I really appreciated her support and highly recommend to stay this hotel. When l visit Cairns next time, I will stay there again.

We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday location than Peppers in Palm Cove. Our room was so comfortable and the resort facilities were excellent - the pool and swim up bar were particularly great! I’d highly recommend this resort to families with young kids.

What a lovely stay we had and all the staff at reception and the cleaner were really lovely and so helpful. The beds in the room were super comfy and also included in the room was a TV, fridge, cutlery and crockery. There was a great barbecue area within the grounds of swimming pool and the swimming pool was beautiful. Everything was immaculate. Would most definitely stay again if I visit Cairns. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. Very highly recommended.

Well positioned for the beach. Carl & Mandy were fantastic and really helpful. The cafe’s food was great and the staff were brilliant. Recommend trying the oysters, best I’ve ever had.
