W Playa Conchal is a high end all inclusive resort that caters to the needs of its guests. If you are looking for a cheap, rowdy party resort to overindulge - this isnt for you. The staff were simply outstanding and genuinely friendly, wanting to ensure our stay was exceptional. Their were so many staff members that were outstanding it would be unfair to name one individually. The 3 restaurants provided excellent meals and catered to specific dietary requirements. We highly recommend purchasing the all inclusive package to include meals and drinks. We loved our room with the spacious bathroom, balcony and very comfortable bed. The pools were excellent and close to the beach which was pristine and uncrowded. We had a very relaxing week at W Conchal, and although it is our first time to the beautiful country of Costa Rica, it wont be our last and definitely we will be returning to W Playa Conchal
