I have never experienced such polite, helpful, kind, attentive staff in my life. This was by far one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Everyone went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Special mentions to Maria, another Maria, Emilia, Marinos, and Alexis. There was another beautiful girl who I’ve forgotten the name of, but all so helpful and kind.

It is a well-appointed and comfortable villa which is cleaned on a daily basis. It is very secure in a gated resort with a reception area. The staff are excellent. A welcome basket, robes and additional pool towels are provided. The location is excellent with a short stroll to the beach and a shop across the road. An excellent restaurant, The Halfway House, is also across the road. The accommodation and service are 5-star and Angeliki and her team ensure that everyone’s stay is thoroughly enjoyed. We can’t wait to return. It is the best place to stay on the island. Well done to the Mamfredas Resort and thank you!

We had a lovely stay at the suites. The staff is very welcoming, friendly and they would do their best at all times to make sure we had a great stay. The suites are well equipped, good size and cleaned very well every day. The beds are super comfortable and the bathrobes were better than usual.

Surrounded by well-kept gardens 100 metres from the Tsilivi Beach, Hotel Villa Basil features a swimming pool and snack bar. It offers air-conditioned rooms with balcony overlooking the pool.

The hotel was very clean and the host was very kind and gentle. The housekeepers cleaned our room everyday and changed the towels. The location of the hotel is very good as well, because it is on 1 min walk by the beach and 2 mins from the crowded area where all the restaurants and shops are located and in the same time the location of the hotel is calm and quiet.

Just 20 metres from Tsilivi Beach in Zakynthos, the family-run Hotel Anetis offers a beachfront restaurant and bar.

This was one of the best hotels we stayed in. Everything was perfect, the room (sea side view) was clean and comfortable, the food was exceptional and the hotel facilities were very good. The food was always very tasty, and there were a lot of options to choose from. The staff was always very kind and polite. Close to the hotel there are a few restaurants, souvenir shops (bonus: the hotel has its own mini market/souvenir shop) and car rental places.

This room is located on the ground floor and offers limited side views to sea from balcony.

We came here for our honeymoon, and the kind hotel staff welcomed us with rose decorations in our room and complementary champagne and seasional fruit platter. The room was extra spacious and we had a huge terasse with jaccuzzi on it. The hotel is located right next to the sea and the view and the sounds of beach waves just makes this the most perfect place to completly relax and unwind. The bathroom had two separate showerheads and two bathroom sinks and that made it so much better. Also the bed was trully comfortable and cozy, and we finally got the rest we needed. The food at the hotel was absolutly amazing, everything tasted great and the staff was so kind and friendly. They complied with all of our wishes, and made our stay great. This is not a huge complex but rather small hotel where you can escape the crowds and fully relax. There was only one thing that I would make different, and that would be the jaccuzzi cleaning patterns. Upon our arrival it was already not clean, and they haven't cleaned it during our stay in 7 days. It would be preferable to me to have it cleaned at least on the exchange of guests to feel more comfortable using it.
