One of the best property I have ever stayed in Goa. Worth the money and experience. I went with my husband and my mother. We took 2 delux rooms. The room is very spacious and big ans comfortabel for 2-3 person stay. On our request an extra bed was provided. The pool water quality is checked. Always cleaned. Service is on time. Resort food is so tasty and I always had my dinner at the beach from the resort. Enjoyed the peaceful and lovely evenings. The staffs are very helpful and arrange everything if needed. Like I celebrated my husband birthday. The decors was well arranged. They are pet and dog friendly. I simply loved this part. Loving pace for dogs cats. I will always chose this property for my next visit to Goa.

We spent quite some time choosing a hotel in North Goa for a short relaxing trip and to celebrate a birthday — and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. After booking, I left a message on Booking.com to request a birthday arrangement. I received a reply the same day from Jagruti, the Experience Manager. The process was fast, easy, and seamless. We were also given early check-in, which was great. The room is just nice, and it’s clean, equipped with everything you need, and the bed and pillows are really comfortable. From the moment we arrived, the staff attended to everything — opening car doors, handling our luggage — without us lifting a finger. We were greeted with welcome shots at the bar, given a quick tour of the hotel, and escorted to our room by Jagruti - wonderful personality with big bright smile, even her eyes are smiling. Every staff member we met was clearly well-trained, attentive, and professional. We had a half-board package, and the meals were absolutely scrumptious. Breakfast even included shots! The pool stays open until 1 am, with a bar that closes at 11 pm — perfect for a relaxed evening. What impressed me most was the staff’s patience and attention to detail, especially for the birthday celebration. The decor was simple, adorable, and eco-friendly, and it came with a cake. They even ensured housekeeping was done after the decoration so everything was comfortable and perfect. Every detail felt thoughtfully planned. The following morning, breakfast was served again with a cake, accompanied by the warmth and smiles of the team. And the little surprises didn’t stop there — while relaxing by the pool, the staff brought birthday beers! Everyone at the hotel is polite, attentive, and always smiling, from the reception, pool, bar, housekeeping, banquet, etc. Creating such a joyful, genuine, and personalized experience & interaction ain’t easy — but Ronil Goa makes it happen. Thank you!
