I stayed at Nihara Resort & Spa earlier this month, and it was truly one of the most refreshing and memorable getaways I've experienced. The property is located just next to lush islands with serene waters - and it is beautifully maintained. It's the perfect destination to unwind and reconnect - I went with my family hoping for some quality time together and that’s exactly what we got. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality made us feel completely at home. We stayed at the water villas with private access to the pool - the rooms are thoughtfully designed keeping comfort in mind. The resort is more than a stay - the hotel is attached to range of activities. We loved the eco-boat tourism, which was a wonderful way to explore the natural surroundings while learning more about the local ecosystem in Kochi The food at the resort and affiliate restaurant was to die for - from the menu to the service, our dining experience was just impeccable. A special mention for the absolutely delicious coconut pudding for dessert at the Riverside Grill (we still dream about this!). And of course, the spa—authentic, calming, and incredibly well run. The treatments were deeply relaxing, and the doctor's guidance was thoughtful and genuinely helpful. A heartfelt thank you to the incredible staff, especially Jubi, who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Overall, Nihara was the perfect place to unwind and relax.

It was my second time and allways good to be there ! The breakfast and restaurant were excellent, Especially the restaurant staff who helped me find a cake to celebrate our mother’s birthday, really nice to her! Thank you for everything, I will probably come back !

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful gem of a hotel. The property is gorgeous, staff very professional and accommodating in every possible way. The restaurant is great, excellent food, and location is great too, in the very centre of Fort Cochi, with the sea literally just around the corner. This place has a really special vibe to it. It feels luxurious, but also very warm and welcoming. Would love to stay there again, warmest recommendations!

I had a wonderful stay at The Sacred Lotus. The atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming, making it the perfect place to relax and recharge. The room was cozy, the bathroom spacious, and everything was spotless—giving a real sense of comfort and calm. Breakfast was vegetarian and had a warm, homely touch, almost like being at my grandma’s house. I also tried an Ayurvedic therapy, which was both relaxing and insightful. It gave me a simple introduction to this ancient approach to natural healing and balance, and I left with a much better appreciation for Ayurveda. A big thanks to Ananthu for his warm hospitality and efforts in making our one-day stay extra comfortable. Overall, a short but truly memorable visit—I’d be happy to return!

The place is a little treasure in the heart of Fort Kochi. The house is authentic where you can feel the spirit of the history. The room was spacious with an immens bathroom, the staff were so friendly, young, gentle, kind. A perfect place to start your trip in Kerala.
