Location is fantastic! hotel is surrounded by cardamom and coffee plantations. free plantation walking and bird watching tours are being offered. the rooms are nicely furnished and quiet. the pool is nice,too! service, hospitality as well as the food served is outstanding. the reception helped us to coordinate taxi drivers for transportation. communication with the hotel before arriving was also super smooth! would come back without hesitation!

We absolutely loved staying at Chandys for our first visit to Munnar, it's a beautiful resort in a perfect location, grand and stylish however blended with absolute beauty of nature. We had amazing service the whole time from check-in till check-out and the staff here are so accommodating and lovely. Room was nice & neat, and the food was delicious. We loved our stay here. Lovely hotel in colonial/ heritage style away from the bustle of munnar town but only a 15-20 min tuk tuk ride away. Manoj, the manager, can organise all sorts of tours for you. He’s really helpful and kind as are all the staff and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was lovely and very clean and comfortable , it was upstairs at the front with a large balcony looking out on a great view of the mountains and trees. We ate dinner here both nights and the food was excellent . Breakfast was delicious , fruit , toast, masala omelette, popadoms, puttu and fresh juice, choice of tea or coffee. I loved the fact they don’t give you plastic water bottles and have made an effort to be eco, instead they provide drinking water in glass jars. The pool was great, so clean and the temperature was nice for us, so refreshing - great after a day’s tiring hiking. We spent a whole afternoon just swimming and relaxing by it. The whole place is as beautiful as it looks in the photos and we were sorry to leave. Manoj even drove us all the way to Madurai and he was a very safe and careful driver (and nice company) unlike some we’ve had! Don’t hesitate just book, it’s a great place to stay!

As a British tourist visiting Kerala for the first time, staying at The Feel Munnar Resort was truly one of the highlights of my trip. Nestled amidst the lush green hills of Munnar, this charming resort offered the perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and breathtaking views. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Their warm smiles, helpful nature, and prompt service really stood out. The check-in was smooth, and we were immediately struck by the serene atmosphere – exactly what you'd hope for when visiting Munnar. Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed with a private balcony overlooking the misty hills and tea plantations. Waking up to the sunrise with a cup of freshly brewed local tea was a truly unforgettable experience. The bed was comfortable, the linens crisp, and the bathroom modern and well-maintained. The on-site restaurant served delicious Kerala cuisine with generous portions and plenty of vegetarian options. I particularly enjoyed the traditional breakfast and the evening campfire experience – a lovely touch that brought guests together. The resort also helped us arrange a tea plantation tour and a guided trek, which I highly recommend for anyone wanting to explore the natural beauty of Munnar. The location is peaceful yet well-connected, making it easy to access the main attractions like Eravikulam National Park and Mattupetty Dam. Whether you're a solo traveller, couple, or family looking for a relaxing retreat in Munnar, I can't recommend The Feel Munnar Resort highly enough. I had a truly wonderful stay at Secret Valley Plantation Resort. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, cooperative, and always ready to help. A special mention to Mr. Satish, the restaurant manager, and the room boys for their attentive and friendly service. The reception team was very interactive and made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Mr. Anaz, the General Manager, was extremely helpful and guided me throughout my stay. His support added a personal touch that made a big difference. The rooms were well-equipped with a bunch of thoughtful amenities, making it very comfortable and convenient. A family can easily stay here for 3–4 days and enjoy a peaceful, relaxing time. The resort itself is serene and beautifully maintained—perfect for a getaway in Munnar. We had an amazing stay at Treebo Trend Misty Garden Resort. Staff were very accommodative and went above and beyond to made sure our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. Rooms are well maintained, clean and comfortable. Food was amazing and authentic. Jeep trekking experience is a must to try and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Even thought the resort location is little out of city, we found it’s perfect to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and staff will organise transport wherever needed. Highly recommended.
