The location was excellent it's situated between the backwaters and the sea Our room had lovely sea views and was very clean and well equipped The food was fresh and well cooked using local ingredients. Good choice of Keralan, Indian and western food The gardens were extensive and well maintained. The best thing about the hotel was the staff. All the staff were helpful and friendly and gave a very professional service. Special mention to Parvathy in the restaurant and Pravitha and Taniya on reception. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone worked hard to make sure we had a lovely time We also liked the afternoon chai and snacks Thanks everyone
