We had an upgrade to a honeymoon room which looked like something out of a 70s sitcom... As did much of the hotel! But i say that in a good way, it's all very well presented. Lovely staff looked after us very well. It's in a fab location, easy (about a mile flat and traffic free walk to the main square) Yes there it is about 150 metres from nearest taxi access. But that is no issue if you're mobile! Good food and breakfast We loved our stay!

My husband and I spent Christmas here, and had such a wonderful time. The staff were so attentive and helpful - they really went above and beyond for us. We were given a free room upgrade, which was a lovely Christmas present! The food was great, and we enjoyed the bonfire evenings as well. The location is exceptional, with some great forest walks nearby and amazing views. All in all, we really had a perfect stay! Thank you for everything :)
