Comfy bed, beautifully decorated, huge bathroom, pool was nice and the staff was so friendly. Everything is completely new and super clean. As a guest you can lend a bike free of charge. The best stay I’ve had in Asia so far.

Loved everything about my stay at Relaxful Hotel! The staff were lovely and helpful, the location right by the Mekong beautiful (and being right next to Ock Pop Tock a nice bonus), breakfast good and the pool and gym were great. Extra points for the shuttle pickup from the airport. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazingly beautiful location by the river, quiet (though we did hear some loud music coming from afar 🤪), we were the only customers so we had the swimming pool for ourselves (and everything else actually 😅), the kitchen looks like a western castle from the middle Ages with a touch of orientalism (Marroccan). I've seen the most beautiful furniture at Le chateau oriental and our cupboard looked like it came straight out of a Grimm tale. We enjoyed the balcony and the bathroom had a bathtub as well as a shower room. The room was spotless. Staff were absolutely delightful. We were treated like princesses. I recommend the elephant activity: you get to feed, brush and wash the elephants and the staff are very helpful. A dream place for sure.

Had a wonderful 3 night stay at Hillside. As mentioned in their write up, it is quite far out of town so would be best to spend some time staying in town and then some time here relaxing. Khan was wonderful and helped us with anything we needed. We tried many things on the menu and they were all amazing. The pool was a great temperature, not too cold. My outdoor massage was amazing!! There is a village 15 minutes walk up the road to gather snacks and drinks if you want to and a small adventure park with some activities. There are boardgames and cards games available to use as well as petanque and table tennis. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this resort! So relaxing!

The best service that you can imagine in a Luang Prabang hotel. Pinky has helped us with suggesting activities and organising them, and at a competitive rate. The hotel shuttle was flexible around our schedules and was more than enough to compensate the location of the hotel that is slightly further from the city centre.
