Breakfast was nice with egg station and noodle station. Different pastries, yogurts, cold cuts and salads. Staff were friendly and attentive. Restaurant is on top floor with plenty of lights and good view over the city. Hotel is very new and sparkly clean. Beautiful building with an amazing rooftop space. Spacious and luxurious rooms. Free minibar (including Beerlao) was a pleasant touch. Bathroom is huge and well appointed.

From the start to finish we were looked after by the hosts. Ms Sara in particular was so pleased and happy to help us. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was delicious. Pool area was wonderful and the rooms were comfortable and clean.

What I liked the most was how helpful the staff was. Em at the reception went above and beyond to help me with all of my inquiries, which I really appreciated. The room was good value for money and very clean. the breakfast room had a really nice setting too.
