Fabulous Hacienda hotel set in.a jungle and mangrove swamp 2 beautiful pools, one right by the beach. Rooms and bathrooms were large with a lovely balcony overlooking the jungle gardens. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The all inclusive drinks and food were fantastic. A very relaxed stay. Hope to return next year.

We went to the Melià Cozumel to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary and it couldn't be a better choice. At the check-in we upgraded to "The Level" and this gave us an incredible boost in enjoying our stay. We recommend the dinner at the Mediterranean Restaurant, that was the peak of the weekend. All the staff is great, the quality of the food over any standards and the service is impeccable. We'll be back for sure. Thank you very much!

Liked having access to the main "Fiesta Americana" hotel and its amenities, that the beach always had available beds, and a reasonably diverse range of drinks and food included in the all inclusive package. The rooms were also a good size and the jungle-like location and styling really helps things feel private

I liked the small kitchen in our room. The A/C was plenty cold. Was really cool to see the Cruise ships just outside our windows everyday. The ocean view was awesome and relaxing. The snorkeling was spectacular at the seaside of the hotel.

Excellent snorkelling, good food, really nice staff. When we arrived, we got a room that had quite a bit of noise coming through from outside, but the manager Arturo gave us a better room for the next days. Initially, we planned to stay in the hotel for just 1-2 days, but ended up staying for a week, because we loved the place. By the way, if there is a chance that this message might be read by Arturo, then we would be ever so grateful for getting that tomato and cheese spaghetti recipe that was served in the buffet pretty often :)
