The quality for the price at this accommodation is unbeatable! The bed was the largest and most comfortable of our entire trip. The place is very new and incredibly clean. The owner even asked if we wanted our room cleaned halfway through our stay, even though we were only there for 3 nights. There’s a mini fridge with complimentary water bottles, and the shower is separate from the toilet, which is uncommon but very much appreciated. The hostel offers free bicycles, and the owner, although he doesn’t speak English, was extremely kind and even drove us to the bus stop. There’s hot water available, along with free tea and coffee. We had a very positive experience and highly recommend it!

Everything was great , spacious Room and very clean. The Managers did everything do make your stay comfortable. They organised my bus ticket to Chiang Mai and even managed my personal request to get me a football ticket in advance for the Sukhothai FC home game. Renting a Scooter was also easy with them , its an easy drive from the Hotel to the Historical Center . Breakfast is also good organised , you can order the day before what you want from their list. I recommend this place 100%

Very cosy bungalow, clean, nice relaxt setting. Very nice and helpful staff. The food was good and freshly prepared. We lost a packing cube, the host sent it to our next guesthouse free of charge. Highly recommend.

I was very happy with my stay at the Smilingface guesthouse! The staff were all super friendly and the owner lady especially made an effort to make me feel comfortable and helped with arranging, for example laundry and a bus ticket to my next destination. The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was good with many options, and included delicious fresh fruit. You can also use a bike for free to tour the temples.

Set a little bit out of the new town, this quiet little place is absolutely perfect. The villas have everything you need and are very comfortable and the pool is great! The family went above and beyond by dropping us into town and doing our laundry, thank you so much - it was a pleasure to stay with you guys:)
