Great customer service. Nam helped us to book a cruise and rent a scooter. He saved us some money with booking us some accommodation, really nice! The bed was comfortable and the location of the hotel is in walking distance of the center. Would stay here again!

The hospitality here is top class. Every member of staff wants to do everything they can to ensure you have the best possible stay. The rooms are very clean, with super comfy beds, making it a great place to relax in a quiet setting. The breakfast is fantastic, offering a large selection of Vietnamese dishes along with toast, fruit, and homemade yogurt. The yogurt is so delicious that I just wanted to stay here to enjoy it—sounds funny, but it's true!
