Beautiful hotel, relaxing environment. Staff were really friendly and attentive and always keen to help. Lovely pool and breakfast. Free bike hire and we got a free massage for staying there. Highly recommend it and would definitely go back if in Hoi an again!

Hi. our family visited ho-ian eco lodge hotel in jan.1.6-1.9 when we arrived at ho-ian, we felt like we are in korean countryside. we went through city and then we encountered a rural atmosphere. it was warm and peaceful There are two staff at the reception in hotel. they have big smiles and say hello !! it's especially we rememberd miss 'hong' and 'thuy' while staying when we had a question or problem, they did their best! so we could stay comfortable and enjoyable :) another thing was afternoon tea that we never forget. because it was delicious and complimentary! we got used to it and being familiar with hotel accommodation. we hope that we should visit again there as soon as possible

We have really enjoyed our stay at Almanity. We received a very warm welcome upon our arrival, and the check in was smooth and very informative. The hotel staff recommended some restaurants and a tailor, all of which were excellent choices. There is on-site play room for children, the location s very good (walking distance from the city), and a number of on-site activities which we didn't have time to use (we hope to come back again!). The breakfast was the best we had in Vietnam! We also got a great takeaway breakfast on our departure day at 4:30 am.

The staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful. Beach access was great and stunning beach. Never felt busy at resort even though was full at times . Breakfast great and had many meals which were all lovely too. Very relaxing stay.

A want welcome with fresh juice and wet towels. Very good location just 10 min taxi from Hoi An Ancient Town. Big pool area, spacious rooms, nice beach. Very good breakfast. Very friendly straff - Mr Thi (the coconut man) who came with fresh coconuts to us from the palms, and Mr Wu at the pool, and the housekeeping ladies who came every night with chocolate or biscuits and new fresh towels

This is a luxury yet low key resort without the luxury price tag. The room was spacious, comfortable and had a lovely balcony overlooking the river. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. The two swimming pools were beautiful and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The free push bike access was a bonus too. The location is great with a private section of the beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas. The gym was great too with a good range of equipment. We loved everything about this resort. Thank you!

Perfect location at the sea-side. Quiet and calm, beautiful garden, nice beach. we had a seaside apartment. It was huge, beatiful, superb view. Absolute luxury. Really 5 star experience. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Elegant restaurants inside, nice little ones just outside of the resort. Very friendly staff with good sense of humor. Airconditioned waiting room Possibility of late check-out. We had an excellent stay which crowned our 12 days tour in Vietnam! Thank you dear staff!

Palm Garden Beach Resort was absolutely amazing. This resort is so beautiful. The food was incredible, the rooms were pristine clean, and the grounds were extremely well maintained. I have been travelling for quite a few years now and this accommodation was by far one of my favourites! The staff are all beautiful, very helpful and friendly. The breakfast provided has everything you can think of and more, 10/10!! I was sad to leave! I will definitely be back in the future.

It was exactly what we imagined and more. Beautiful decor. Nice f&b facilities. The breakfast buffet was great! Our room was so spacious with a lovely bathtub. The classic beach resort. All the staff were absolutely fantastic. Especially Thien -f&b attendant who was working so hard all the time and always smiling.

It was a resort that really played a part in making my trip so happy!Everyone was friendly, and although there were some system errors, I used it without any problems.The peaceful resort, lovely staff, and highly satisfying spa were all a must!
