NetherlandsWe had an amazing stay at BergWood Inn. The owners were incredibly hospitable and made us feel right at home. Communication was excellent before and throughout our stay, especially when they reached out earlier in the day to check if we’d like dinner. It was so easy to arrange, and the homemade meal they prepared was absolutely delicious—better than any restaurant we tried during our stay in South Africa! Our room was cozy and well-equipped for winter, with both heating and electric blankets that made a big difference on the chilly nights. I highly recommend BergWood Inn to anyone visiting the area. It’s a warm, welcoming place with outstanding hospitality and food.

From the point of entry to the resort, we felt as if we were in another country. The property is exceptionally well taken care of, beautifully kept grounds and facilities. The open bathroom concept was a new one. I loved that you're able to slide the glass open and watch TV while in the tub. Thank you to Veronique for adding the special goodies to our room upon arrival,that extra touch was so special. I wish we had stayed longer than just the 2 nights we were there. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Oubaai and will be back indeed.
