Set on over 140 acres of native forest and boasting a private beach, Thala Beach Nature Reserve is an Eco-friendly wildlife retreat. Wow! I read some negative views and shortened my stay based upon they. I regret that. This was such a beautiful place. Waking up in the morning to the sounds of tropical birds was so relaxing. The staff were over the top with their hospitality. I cannot recommend this place more. Do not read the negative reviews. They are simply inaccurate. One was about walking around at night which we enjoyed as it is so beautiful however the staff is always circling in a cart to drive guests around if they do not want to walk.

It was great that we could request access to another bedroom in our apartment so we could all sleep separately. Aircon units and fans throughout the apartment were great. Lovely pool. Helpful staff.

Offering luxurious villas with free WiFi, a private plunge pool and a patio with a BBQ, Niramaya Villas and Spa is just 10 minutes’ walk from Four Mile Beach. Truly a 10/10 resort experience. The resort itself is magnificent from the showers, to the private pool, to the indoor/outdoor fountains and flowers around your villa. The beds in the villas were extremely comfortable, the closets and amenities were very large, and the showers were extremely comfortable. We spent the majority of our time in the Villa just because of how magnificent it was. I would recommend anyone staying in Port Douglas to stay here, its the nicest resort I stayed in in my life and I was able to stay for $100 USD per night split across 5 people.

Just a 1 hour drive from international Cairns airport, Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Port Douglas boats a prime location as the only beachfront property to the Famous Four Mile Beach. Beautiful property and location.

Just 10 minutes’ walk from Four Mile Beach, Ramada Resort by Wyndham Port Douglas is set amongst rainforest gardens and features a tropical lagoon pool with a swim-up bar. Loved salt Pool, shallow ends for kids deep in middle and just right temp. Lots of space to lounge around pool. Bistro is pool side but can get wait service anywhere you prefer to relax or room service, even swim up bar. Enjoyed relaxing reading book in wharf area, fans over head and cool breeze off large ponds that have big barramundi. Tropical gardens in & surrounds resort. Short walk to Long Beach could walk 45 mins left then right, can find shade from shrub & lots of coconut trees in afternoons. Handy toilet block at entry to beach. Mini bus will take you to town or most attractions pick up if don’t wish to hire car. And do own laundry with good machines, 1 hour to do both wash and the dry of a clothes. Fresh towels including pool towels and basic house tidy every day. Nothing is too much if ask reception for anything would like more of.

Located in Port Douglas, Sea Temple Resort and Spa Port Douglas is located on four Mile Beach. Among the various facilities of this property are an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. This apartment is absolutely beautiful. It is really well equipped and my family and I had a wonderful stay here. The resort is beautiful as well.
