Beautifully situated on a south hillside of Pirin mountain, the hotel has lovely park zones, unique architecture and SPA center with thermal water from own spring. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. The pool was fantastic, the hot tub was nice, the 3 different spa's we're also incredible. It was very clean, modern, and orderly. We we're shocked at the size of the rooms, they we're huge! Big for even western standards which is great! The mini-fridge was stocked really well, the staff was really nice. The spa was great, definitely take advantage!

Food is nice, maintenance was nice, we absolutely loved it. And I loved the personalized message for our welcome. I mean it’s the little things. 🤗 There’s a free shuttle to take you to the gondola every half an hour in the morning, and to get you back afterwards. The daily coffee and water in the rooms is awesome.

The appartment was fully equipped- we felt as at home, but at one of the best place in famous Bansko resort plus SPA facilities. Our kids are not so small, but this place is suitable for everyone. It is at the end of Bansko, easy to walk to the mountain and to the center. The communication with the owner was great. Definitely a place to recommend and to come back again- sure will be great during the winter too. Hope that it would be kept in the same way in the future. Will give more than 10, if could.

The kitchen has everything needed even for long stays. All cooking tableware, utensils, spices. Full oven, microwave, dishwasher (which we didn't need to use), coffee machine. There are different types of coffee capsules, different types of tea, which shows thoughtfulness about the guests' taste preferences. And we had a lovely compliment from the owners which we enjoyed a lot. You can feel the attention to details both at the place and the host's hospitality. We definitely recommend it to everyone looking for a cozy place that feels like home.
