Beautiful hotel and understated luxury

Luxury hotel - great view from room of mountains - really friendly and helpful staff - great restaurant with interesting and varied menu - really good breakfasts and relaxing places to sit and have a Calafate sour. Location perfect at the entrance to the park. We were even able to get petrol (very expensive)at the hotel to top us up for journey back to Calafate.

Beautiful and quintessentially Patagonian cabaña, with many touches of luxury (hot tub, sauna, Swedish shower, incredible views, beautiful decor). Host was incredibly attentive, informative and went above and beyond.

This is a extremely great value for Puerto Natales. This is not a luxury hotel but this is an excellent accommodation at this value point. The hotel facilities are all pristine and immaculately cleaned. Breakfast is spartan but filling. The staff/owner are helpful but don't expect any handholding. I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend anyone to stay here as well.

Everything! The location, the view of the mountains, the room was so luxury and the hot tub was amazing! Our Host Dave was so attentive and responsive, giving us great advice about the area and always made sure we had what we needed!
