It is very clean and the beds are comfortable as. The staff are amazing drove us to the airport and back to collect a lost bag the day after we arrived. Would highly recommend staying here on the elephantine island

Me and my uncle stayed at Zen wellness for 3 nights, those 3 nights were amazing, everyone at the hotel were so welcoming, kind, everyone had a smile on their face, everyone wanted to have conversations which was really nice. Best staff I have ever met and because of them the experience was amazing at Zen wellness. The place was very relaxing, calm and peaceful. A day before we arrived at Zen wellness, one of the receptionist, Dina Hassan, messaged me, introduced herself and said that she will be in contact with me until We arrive safely and if I need any help to just ask. She was sooo sweet, kind, very helpful, her responses were very quick and she made me feel very comfortable and welcomed, I would message her at anytime of the day and she would reply very quickly, She felt like a sister. Dina also gave us a list of recommendations of places to visit in Aswan which was super helpful. She made our stay 100 times better. we were was really sad to leave and would definitely stay again.

Was absolutely fantastic! The service and staff were incredible. The facilities were great, and the hotel itself felt very clean. It’s in a great spot, so close to Abu Simbel temple. The food was also great! We would recommend staying here especially if you’re wanting to go to the temple a couple of times. We went at about 3:30PM and saw about 3 people the whole time. At 6:30 in the morning it was a bit busier with a few tour groups there already

Highly recommend this Elephantine Island hotel for its spectacular Nile views. Reserve a full day to enjoy the property and take evening walks around the island—you won't regret it. Staff service was excellent and rooms were modern. Note: The hotel has two buildings with different designs; request the newer section for more contemporary styling if preferred. Aswan offers a refreshing change of pace in Egypt, and this property perfectly captures its tranquil charm.

Skiing and cycling can be enjoyed nearby, while a ski equipment rental service, a private beach area and ski-to-door access are also available on-site. The location is in a tranquil nubian village on the west side of the Nile. If you're with the car, you easily exit on a highway towards the Aswan Dam of Abu Simbel. The courtyard is a traditional one, the room was big, clean and with a good wi-fi. The host was careful and the surroundings looked safe. We also parked the car at the gate front and it was ok. The breakfast was tasteful and we served it outside in the courtyard. On the evenings, the lights from the courtyard make a warm and nice atmosphere. A good value for money!
