Wonderful, polite, and attentive staff, always ready to help and support guests with any issues. I arrived in the middle of the night, and a hotel staff member found a kettle for me to replace the broken one, another person at reception also helped me to urgently find cash. 5. The room is quiet, clean, cozy, and warm. I stayed in winter. I would especially like to thank the staff for finding my small jewellery earring and returning it to me when I didn’t even know I had lost it — it’s simply a miracle how they managed to find it. There is also a good parking area near the house.

Hotel Bania Thermal & Ski is located in the Bania Ski Resort, offering numerous ski lifts to slopes of various levels of difficulty. The hotel was really great, friendly staff, clean, nicely decorated.

Everything was super clean and smelled good. Parking was included and the staff spoke english and were friendly. The breakfast was amazing. Many things to choose from and good quality things like honey, pesto, smoothie, breads, yoghurts, sausages, cheeses. The coffee was good too. The spa was amazing too! Everything was new and clean. It was difficult to translate the rules so perhaps also hanging up english translations could be good?

Boasting a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. The apartment also offers free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. It was a really cozy, new apartment with a small American-style kitchen. The coffee machine was also superb. All over it was ok for a family with two kids. Additionally, we can use the activity room in building A which is really great for finally tiring the children after a long day with billiards, table football, darts or ping-pong - even Minecraft :D It was nice to view the mountains from beside the apartment, and the ski bus also has a stop nearby it. TVs are modern, and can be used as youtube screens, too!

All rooms will provide guests with a desk and a kettle. Nice modern hotel with clean rooms. Good food and drink selection at the restaurant. Breakfast was excellent. Thermal pools on the property were wonderful. Good location, 15 min drive to Zakopane, so not in a busy area.

The resort provides a spa experience, with its sauna, hot tub and hammam. The accommodation features room service, a tour desk and currency exchange for guests. very nice operators. Free coffee and tea throughout the stay delighted. but the quality of the coffee was poor.

All units will provide guests with a desk and a kettle. It's new, looks nice, comfortable and in the area where you can enjoy the local village or go up in the mountains. I really want to compliment the breakfast, as it was really rich with lots of choices. Our 2 year old enjoyed the indoor and outdoor playgrounds. If possible, choose a room with balcony. We had a room without and we missed it a bit. The views are nice and it's easy to get to interesting places in the area.

The accommodation offers a shared kitchen, luggage storage space and currency exchange for guests. Everything. The receptionist was nice, called to ask the time when we would be there. Then it was super nice. In the night it was quiet even if everyone was with kids and babies. In the morning the breakfast was really good and a lot of food because we were coming late in the evening earlier and didn't have time to eat something, so the breakfast was a really good idea.
