Au, Shane, Tum, Baw, Pal and every single staff of them were just amazing, super helpful and always smiling at the customers. We are a family of 5 (parents with 15y, 13y & 9y). I loved how clean is the room and good space of the resort. Pool time and beach walks were our favorites, it would have been more fun if they had a slide and a deeper pool, but it still amazing.

Located on Khao Lak Beach, Moracea by Khao Lak Resort is about an hour’s drive from Phuket International Airport. The room we stayed in was out of this world our little bit of luxury, situated perfectly for our trip to Khao lak. Right on the beach and walking distance to the food market and restaurants. Hotel couldn’t do enough for us, even when we checked out we left our luggage there overnight while we went on an overnight trip and returned the following evening to our next destination.

The room was beautiful with the most comfortable bed Restaurants were also great specially olives and The deli Great for families because of all the really thoughtful activities for both kids and adults

The resort offers garden views, an outdoor pool, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. Nice and clean rooms with good A/C. Rooms even kept nice temperature throughout the day. Nice view from bungalow over garden and feels very private despite having neighbors. No noise from the street but still very nice to be close to the city. Only 500m walk to the beach. Restaurant had decent selection of breakfast, but not included.

The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, a kids' club and free WiFi. We spent 7 nights there recently with our family (kids 6 and 4) and we loved it! There resort is stunning (like the pics) and the pools kept our girls entertained for large parts of the day but there was also lots of kids activities that we could book them in for as well. The restaurants were amazing , quality food for a very reasonable price, beach bar with live music in the evenings as the sun is setting. The fire shows were awesome on the beach. A huge breakfast buffet (who doesn't love breakfast buffets!) and much more - we will definitely be back! All of the staff were incredibly accommodating and the facilities were kept very clean. The nice team members who kept our room clean made different characters shaped with towels for the first 3-4 nights which our girls loved :)
