Host; Nido was awesome and very friendly and helpful. Had motorcycles we rented (with a picture of your international drivers permit). Comfortable rooms and good views. More of a bed and breakfast type setup with nice private rooms in m the upper floors with a common living room kitchen area on the ground floor. It was great!

It was indeed a great experience with our stay at Intercontinental Hotel Halong Bay. We arrived much earlier and the Reception Staff let us occupied the room. We appreciate it very much.To me it is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Considering it is newly opened hotel, I was amazed by the efficient, friendly and hospitable staff. Everywhere we go was immaculate. We had a long walk and relax on the beach. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. Glorious food. The giant Christmas cakes and biscuits are incredible. We had beautiful food at Marina Restaurant served with the smiles of hospitable staff. Thank you so much for looking after us. We shall return!

Very well-equipped accommodation, great view, self check-in, very helpful owner. We were able to check in at 01:00 because the night bus was 2 hours late, the host helped us a lot and was committed.
