A fantastic hotel with all of Vienna at your feet. Amazing historical atmosphere and very friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast. If you want to know what it's like to live in a Viennese Palais, try this one!

Loved the decor, the plants, courtyard set up and balconies. The internal decor was well thought out and stylish. Breakfast was fantastic and so was the evening Filipino restaurant. Food 10/10.

The location is great, it is easy to get anywhere - the nearby subway station and tram stops as well as bus stops allowed us to visit many places of interests. Thanks to the hotel for the nice window view on Neuer Markt street and Donner fountain. The room had everything necessary for a short stay. The breakfasts were traditional European - various types of bread and buns, boiled eggs, cheese and sausages, vegetables, jams and butter, drinks. The entire guesthouse was very quiet which I really appreciated.

Everything about the hotel was just perfect. Brilliant location, excellent staff who were friendly, professional and always happy to help. Our room was spotless and so comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was huge and delicious. We loved the atrium for evening drinks or just chilling out in. We would highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Vienna. A traditional but beautiful hotel.

The hotel had a beautiful courtyard with lots of trees and other plants. . Inside it was extremely well maintained. Our room was very quiet and breakfast was excellent. The tube station to the Center is just a few minutes walk away.
