The location is superb, inside the Europa quarter, pedestrianised you can easily reach the train station, tube station, the award winning library is right next to the hotel, as are a free play fountain for children and a shopping centre with great food options. The room was functional and had a fab accessible bathroom.

Meals are traditional and delicious, staff are very friendly, it's a very peaceful and relaxing location and we enjoyed sitting out on the Terasse.

A large hotel in a traditional German villagviduale. It was very pleasant and looked attractive with many flowers but it was not very welcoming. We had to wait in reception for someone to check us in. Our room was average with a lovely view over a flat roof! We ate in the restaurant which was ok and breakfast was plentiful Overall, it seemed to be a hotel used by coach parties and individual travellers were merely tolerated We were going to stay here again on our return journey from Austria, but cancelled

The rooms were clean and big enough for a short stay. The breakfast was great, everything you want is available. Parking in the courtyard of the hotel, which is a big advantage. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city.Public transport close to the hotel and an excellent starting point for sightseeing.

We liked the courtyard garden, and we appreciated the 24 hour reception. The location was also very convenient for the station

This is a rustic German inn in a great location. Very clean, basic but overall a great little hotel for a short stay. Our room on the first floor opened onto an inner garden courtyard which was nice.

A perfect bend of historical and traditional infrastructure with a top class modern facilities. We loved it. Best part of our journey was to be hosted by such an amazing owners with a very friendly attitude. We felt at home. Breakfast was really good (request for omelette).

The hotel located in historical building with its own atmosfere and restaurant with a good traditional cousine. Very friendly and helpful staff.
