Great location in a residential area but an easy walk to the historical centre. San Zeno church and many eating options at your doorstep. Lovely courtyard garden for breakfast and relaxing. Fantastic breakfast. Kind and attentive host.

Beautiful big rooms with large windows on a small canal. Friendly, helpful staff and a quiet, peaceful hotel with a sunny, pleasant garden courtyard and a really good breakfast (with bacon and eggs...) Comfy beds with smart TV with english speaking channels. Hotel has a restaurant included although we didn't try it out. Close to lots of good food places.

LOCATION- great spot. Two minutes walk from the Santa Lucia train station. One minute walk from the water bus terminal, you can access the ferry terminal from here too. Ten minutes from the bus depot. There’s restaurants, cafes, a spar supermarket within 2 minutes walk . Spacious bedroom, quality bed linen, windows, air conditioning. Bathroom with a walk in shower. Fridge. Large tv ( bbc world news an option) . Garden courtyard area. Welcoming and helpful reception especially Angela

Convenient location to Verona centre. Great breakfast in our own courtyard. Excellent restaurant recommendations from hotel owners. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was cosy and nicely decorated. Courtyard was lovely with the plants and festoon lights.

This property is like a quiet haven away from the noise, hustle and bustle of the main tourist parts of Venice. On the outside the property is rustic old Venice but on the inside modern, clean, up to date with fast WiFi. So there is a beautiful balance between the old and new Venice. All staff were wonderful, kind, caring and attentive. They were full of helpful knowledge and direction of where to experience the traditional old historical Venice and the new. Highly highly recommended.

Perfect location for central Verona. Kind staff and the organisation has a good ethos. Well set up kitchen if you need it. Traditional historical building with central courtyard and great roof top views.
