The place is nice . Location is good . Ahmed and other staff members were very helpful and nice . He made our stay and visit to Fes very comfortable . Breakfast was really nice . We enjoyed our stay . I would recommend this place .

Excellent service, all staff extremely sympathetic and kind. Smiles don't go off their faces :) Sara (if I'm correct) was our favorite - really professional. Good breakfasts, each day slightly different. You can choose additional meal, like scrambled eggs, excepts of the sweet ones. Fresh orange juice included. Rooms clean and spacious, as for riad standards. Highly recommend hammam and massage - great experience, costs 40 euros, ladies doing it are excellent in their job and so kind!

They greeted us with a refreshing glass of mint tea upon arrival and provided personalized service throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure every need was met—whether it was helping with directions, arranging transport, or recommending the best local eateries. Their warmth and attention to detail truly made the experience unforgettable. Special thanks to Omar, Maria and Anuar who made our stay the most beautiful of all Riad experiences in Morocco! Furthermore, one of the most wonderful experiences was the cooking class we took with Chef Omar! Very recommended! He did not only show us the art of cooking with a Tajine but went to the market with us, sharing his insightful knowledge about Morocco and the Amazigh culture. Initially I was a bit hesitant as it is a bit pricey; but wow; it was astonishing. It is really like staying in a palace. Really impressed. Central location in the Madina. Every attractions of the Madina is walking distance. Max 15 minutes any directions you go. If you love historical property; this is perfect for you. In a 17th century house you get all modern ammonites. The hotel staff are very nice. And yes all images they show of the building are correct and not from the nearby mosque. I can tell as me being a photographer I notice these carefully. 😀

The room was very clean and nicely decorated. Air conditions works very well and ventilator in the bathroom is also make us comfortable. Breakfast was more than enough to make me full.
