Everything - perfection of a weekend spa getaway, it couldn’t get any better. We have around 6 spa weekend trips per year, and here the increased price is really worth it. The location was amazing with the most incredible views of Hallstatt, the Alps and the glacier. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, providing ice packs for our daughter who hurt her foot earlier in our trip. Breakfast was very good. Meeting the friendly roaming sheep was a bonus. The cable car ride up was also beautiful. It can get a bit crowded during busy times, but on the way down the next morning, we almost had the whole car to ourselves.

We absolutely loved our stay in the hotel, the staff is very pleasant and forthcoming. Welness centre was great, all facitilities in perfect condition. Great cuisine, mostly local produce, great variery and good quality.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. The place was spacious, the kitchen was well equipped, and the view was beautiful. Everything was perfectly clean. The only small downside was the pillows, which were a bit too small for our liking. Otherwise, everything was excellent and we would happily come back.
