Everything! The location is great and the facilities are superb. We were upgraded to a junior suite, which was greatly appreciated and wonderfully delightful. The sitting room with desk, lounge chairs and tv was perfect for relaxing after the day’s activities, leaving the beds fresh for sleep. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, larger size and linen is crisp and fresh. Bathroom facilities are amazing. Views from the windows are picturesque. This is such a treat for a first time visitor.

the room was great. we were there for our 35th wedding anniversary and we were upgraded to a junior suite and a lovely bowl of fruit was waiting for us when we arrived.

What a perfect stay. Staff are genuinely helpful and excited to help you explore Vienna - outstanding service. Breakfast and afternoon tea were fabulous - all food fresh, tasty and artisanal. The hotel building is gorgeous, tastefully renovated and decorated. We got a free upgrade for our anniversary to a Large Suite which was spacious,
comfortable and beautiful. Would stay again Ina heart beat.
