The staff were amazing specially the lady on the front desk I think she worked afternoons long sandy blondie hair - I didn not get her name sorry. All staff greeted you with a smile and willing to help if needed. Great for these days. Amazing rooms and great beds.

Location and kids loved the pool and the tennis court , room was great can’t wait to come back in the warmer weather.

The view of sunset and sunrise were beautiful. The overall view towards back of the property was lovely, and it was very clean. I was impressed with cleanliness.

Very modern and new apartment, fully digitalized check-in without any waiting at the reception. Apartment was very spacious and well decorated / equipped. Lorne center was in walking distance (need to walk up the hill). If you are lucky you will be greated by some cockatoos :) Fully enjoyed our stay there.
