Amazing experience from start to finish! The hotel accommodated a change in our booking even though they did not need to, they upgraded us to a wonderful suite and they ensured we got a gift cheese board for our anniversary! Just wow! And, it did not hurt that the hotel looks like something out of a fairytale! Could not recommend strongly enough!

The family suite was beautiful, clean and cozy. I just love the sofa bad, sleeping beside the fire place in snowy winter gives the perfect Christmas vibes.

Everything, a really lovely Hotel. In a great location. The staff were very friendly. Rooms were a good size with huge shower.
