The cabins were very well presented and the views from the restaurant were spectacular. The manager, Tim, was exceptional in his customer service - he made our stay! Michael and Lisa in the restaurant were also fabulous. highly recommend.

We stayed in the new, great facilities with kitchenette (even has a dish washer) and shared laundry. Bed is comfortable and quiet air-conditioning. quite near town center. Breakfast is reasonable priced. Attention to details (provides make up removal!). Staff is very friendly and attentive, housekeeping service is quick.

Above all is the staff. It was like being in a wonderland - each member is polite and more than just helpful. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was much better than expected. Great location for the Sunwaptta Falls, the Colombia Icefields, and the beauty-creek/stanely trail/fall.

Located on main street, this hotel is surrounded by evergreens within Jasper National Park. It offers an indoor pool and free WiFi throughout the entire property. The Jasper tramway is 9 km away.
