We enjoyed breakfast every morning and a lovely lady named Suzanne who was Scottish was our waitress. She told us some great restaurants that were around and gave us a great service!
Also we liked the hotel and how the valet was pretty quick at retrieving are vehicle. It was my fiancee and I’s 5 years anniversary and her birthday and the hotel gave us sparkling champagne in our room.

The property was walking distance to Niagara Falls and other amenities. The front desk upgraded us to a much bigger room with a Jacuzzi.

Greg from front desk was so kind & accommodating even called once we checked in to see if everything was to our liking.

We had a lovely room with a partial view of the falls. When we checked in they offered us a better room with a better view for a discounted price. We chose not to upgrade but we’re grateful for the suggestion. We decided to stay i the hotel and relax so we ate our dinner at the Keg. Keg food is always yummy and we enjoyed our dinner very much. We were not rushed at all and the waitress was pleasant and lovely.
