Really friendly hotel, they allowed me to change my dates at short notice and I had an upgrade to a double room with balcony overlooking the Weishorn and Matterhorn in the distance.
Breakfast was great, beds were super comfy, highly recommended, bonus was that it was very close to a ski lift.

Location, sauna, friendly and helpful staff. We were upgraded to an amazing room. Everything was perfect.
