Had a wonderful stay here. The lovely staff there gave us a free upgrade to a lake view room due to a mix-up. Stunning views from the room and balcony. A short walk to the lake, which is helpful since we went for a light swim to cool off.

- Excellent breakfast with freshly prepared scrambled eggs or omelettes
- Friendly and helpful staff

Lovely hotel in an amazing location on the lake. Expensive but it is Switzerland and nothing is cheap. Lake view room with terrace was just great. Staff very helpful and breakfast excellent. No dining option in the evening and town of Ringgenberg was quiet with a couple of places to eat. Hotel provided travel pass for train/bus into Interlaken which took a few minutes. Interlaken really nice with loads of eating options.

At first sight it looks a little dated but in reality it’s a great hotel with lots to offer. Amazing views over the lake, good connections to Interlaken and a great breakfast. The room was a good size with good facilities and a lovely balcony

Amazing view of the lake, beyond amazing breakfast. Super lovely staff (might be the owner, a very kind lady). Everything was amazing, we loved it.
