We absolutely loved the rooms and all the wonderful facilities (the shuttle, pool, sauna), and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The food in both the grill restaurant and the breakfast spot was absolutely fantastic. I love every little detail of the hotels and will return if we visit Zermatt again.

The first of my impression was staff were very very nice for us. The facilities (Sauna, Stream, Breakfast room) were really good. The view from my room was a little bit lower my expectation (due to the other hotel and the level of my room) but that was fine. The breakfast was quite good but a few choices of vegetables and meat.

Hotel Pollux is located on the main street (Bahnhofstrasse) in the heart of Zermatt, just 200m or two minutes walk from the train station. Our cosy rooms combine modern design with rustic elements.

Great Hotel in Zermatt. It is central located. The staff is great. (friendly, goes the extra mile, ....). The breakfeast was great. (fresh juices, pancake, omelette, ...). We has a small room, but for us it was perfect. (very clean, good bed, ....)
